This is true. In the quarters my sophomore year at state, the guy I was wrestling had a bum elbow ( believe it was badly hyper extended). Anyway I had a Russian arm bar on him at all times when were on our feet. That was the only time I ever used that. Needless to say I lost by a point or two. I knew the kid very well and he had no ill will against me afterwards. Even though I aggravated the injury again and pretty much ended his title run. I think if a high school kid gets it I'm sure they understand the nature of the beast at this level. Nothing cheap, nothing illegal, just doing what it takes. People have weaknesses and you must attack what they are, even if it's an injury.

I actually thought about making this trip, but it's an expensive long flight going from Podunk, Mn to Podunk Wyoming. Plus, I figured I'd just catch it on TV. I mean its a FBS game. All FBS games are on ESPN3 right? And......I'm wrong again.

I see him being more than capable at 80%. If they struggle without him in two weeks, we'll see him in three weeks. I'd rather see him and leave no doubt of what teams better. If we win and he's not playing I can only imagine what will be said. I want this game straight up. Win or lose.

I'm sure he'll be fine for Weber State if not he'll be ready for UND. Especially if they struggle against Weber.

Actually, I'd say 25% of the players on the field would have done a lot worse put in that situation. Universities really need to take responsibility for their fanbase in these situations. I think that the fan if it was a student should face some real stern repercussions from the school. If he is not a fan he should at the very least get trespassing charges brought against him.

Just like it was NDSU's super bowl in 2003. NDSU should take it as a compliment. Anytime David takes down Goliath, this happens. This time they were Goliath. It's great to see those emotions as a fan.

I would have no problem with that. It appears to me in the video that the fan jumped at/on Morlock. If you're a fan once you make contact with a player you better be prepared for what comes next. Whether or not Morlock pushed or punched I don't care. He made one movement to remove the wart from his personal space and left it at that (from what I understand). Had he kept after the guy and beat him down, that would be different. Fans need to realize that boundaries are there and when you cross into that personal space you can be dealt with easily. Puts players in bad spots cause they're are already emotional and might make a decision they usually wouldn't. That guy should have never been on that field in the first place. If anything the university of Montana should be apologizing to Morlock for that moron. Atleast that's what I get out of the 11 second video. Who knows maybe there is more to it.

A Missoula reporter is saying Chase Morlock punched a Montana fan in the face. I'm sure the fan was doing something stupid and somewhat deserved it, but you just can't do that.

Great game. Best of all it should be quite the troll killer.

Montana looked good on that drive. Really impressed with the play calling. QB had one good pass but didn't look all that crisp. If he settles in this offense will be tough to stop.

It might not be the staffs main reason, but you'd think it's got to be in the back of thier minds. It's one of the first things I thought of when I heard Studsrud was starting.

Not sure what Iverson or Harris did too get suspended, but this is the first I've heard about a situation with Hinojosa. Either way a clean program is what we as a fanbase should demand first and foremost. Wins are great and we should expect wins but some of these programs that win big at all costs make me sick. You're going to have some hiccups. It happens, kids are kids. I just want things getting corrected quickly. Second chances are then earned. Not talking about any programs in particular.
