Well, him and Bennett were both offered by NDSU so it probably happened to both, but I think he's referring to one that was not previously offered by NDSU.

I looked at his basketball stats for this year and he only had what appeared to be 5 points on the season up to Christmas. He now isn't on the roster, so I assume he quit.

Wiki is showing 5 spots left but they have Nevermann as getting a scholarship and from what I've read he's a walkon. If he is a walk on that would mean 6 scholarships left.

I did some searching this morning on Wyomings recruiting. I learned a few things. They got one verbal this week from a kid who had previously verballed to EWU. Tyus Carter was or might still be a prospect for them.

They only have 11 days left. I doubt they were really leaning on Nevermann to be the workhorse, but who doesn't release a special teams player? A starter would make more sense, even a position second stringer would be more understandable. Not that I agree to hold any kid hostage but atleast I could see the point of it.

Does anyone know the amount of times a school has not released a student athlete. It can't be a big number. Pretty classless and then to go poach a recruit from the same school. I mean you played one game against UND. Of course you lost but that was over a decade ago. Find yourself a coed and get over it. This poor kid has to sit a year cause you're an egotistical asshole.
