Aren't those like bowling alley machine doobs? Has anyone on this site ever actually purchased or used a rough rider rubber??? I hope not- that question was rhetorical by the way, I don't want to hear some internet enabled machismo.

Everyone has an opinion. Everyone's opinion is valid from their point of view...there is a reason why a few guys named Franklin, Adams, Jefferson, Madison, etc painstakingly avoided a straight democracy and rather created a democratic representative republic. A simple majority should never be able to invoke their will over a large minority. Higher Ed, however, is a business. Businesses are definitely NOT republics and even further from a democracy. This is an exercise in manufactured outcome with an orchestrated democratic process as its artificial justification. I happen to personally like RoughRiders better than Hawks. I actually liked a number of names better than either option, but none of those names made the original voting list. I really kinda liked the "roosters"- pheasant reference with ties back to old Foghorn Leghorn, but hey, what can you do : )

who did what kind of study on what? The neutral zone trap? The left wing lock forecheck? I know these forechecking schemes exist...

bad game, poor effort...we don't stack up well against Sconny...its a bad nc opponent for that reason. Their style gives our style fits, always has in the Eaves era. We looked bad. It was not entertaining to watch. You CANT fall behind to Wisconsin. They then grind you to pulp. You need to score and put them down and make them play up-tempo. Awful game. Waste of my friday evening

I actually think that CC showed some signs of a rebuilding team. We are so privileged to simply re-load every year. I have always respected the program in colorado springs. Yeah, I disagree. I can't imagine benching that kid. On the radio last weekend it sounded like that second line was doing some tic tac toe passing and generating lots of good looks. If he doesn't put in the effort, he and the Finn might trade top6/bottom 6 roles.

From that video, it is hard to tell if it is shoulder high to the chest (legal) or to the head (illegal); although in the new world order you have to play at the puck...
