I just posted this on another thread but wanted to ask everyone here if it means anything to them that Air Force lost at home last night to Alabama-Huntsville 4-2, less than a week after being 29 seconds away from beating UND, a top five team, on the road. Is Huntsville that good or are we a little over-rated?

So less than a week after pushing UND, the #2 team in the nation and I'm their barn, to overtime, Air Force loses at home to Huntsville, 4-2. Am I be reading too much into this regarding how good UND really is?

I think there was an element of both.

Bad turnover by SCSU and great execution by Duluth.

From all accounts, that sounded like a pretty solid first period for UND.

I don't recall whether or not they sell alcohol at the Kohl Center but considering it's Wisconsin, it sure would be ironic if they didn't!

My fond memory of the Kohl Center was attending a UND series there, oh say, in 08 or 09-I can't remember the exact year-but UND winning the game to clinch the McNaughton Cup. My buddy's seats were in the student section and there was one UND fan whom those students just hazed unmercifully, pointing at him and yelling "A Hole! A Hole!" I decided it best to keep a low profile when UND scored and won the game! But inside, I was celebrating big time...I was glad we beat those clowns!

Ha Ha! That's classic! If UND doesn't win each game by at least 6 goals, I think the boys intensity and lack of focus needs to be seriously questioned and Hak needs to go!

Typically, in past years, Fox Sports North has an alternate channel that would televise Wisconsin/North Dakota games. As I was reading an article about how important it was to both programs to keep the rivalry going, I couldn't help but think what a major disappointment it is that the games would have such limited viewing. Also, when will CBS sports be starting up their weekly Friday NCHC game of the week? Did thy dis-continue that?
