There’s no middle ground? Zero sum game?

Yah, I wasn’t rather disappointed in MafiaMan as well. There’s another commonly mis-used phrase in my post as well. A gold star to whoever (or is it, whomever?) can point it out.

Irregardless of whether or not UND or CC are in the Frozen Faceoff, I am in. I could care less whether or not my teams are there as it won’t hold me back from the Hoggsbreath!

Actually, this series will come down to who can score more goals.

Given how the team has played at home, maybe a road series where their backs are against the wall and fewer distractions isn’t such a bad thing?

Move Wolanin up to forward. We need his offensive touch and we don’t have to worry about him being a defensive liability.

Wolanin is fooling himself if he thinks he’s ready to play in the show. Too many defensive deficiencies to be able to play in the NHL.

Or, dress Hoff and put him on the fourth line as well as tactically use him for certain faceoff situations.

Adam Gaudette comes to mind. Never even got a sniff from BU, BC, and Harvard. Northeastern was the only school to recruit him. How has that turned out?

And let’s not forget that CC is a 16 time World Heavy Weight champion!

Jake Brandt made an interesting comment last night that while Cam hasn’t lost us any games, he hasn’t won us many either too. I took that to mean stealing a win or two in a game where we got out played or coming up with that huge game saving save.

I heard him say it in his Wednesday press conference. It caught me by surprise, frankly, but he said it in context of the fact Wolanin had been a forward for many years prior to moving back to D just a few years ago.
