Surprise to read Bryce Blair is no longer on the team. He never seemed to be able to put the weight on, but would there have been an option for him to switch positions?

I’m confused, I thought the same thing. He has thrown up that ugly 3 point shot of his at the end of a few games already. Seales is a solid player, but his 3 point shot is not what you want to hinge your game on.

So this is why I’m not the Berry fan. I don’t care so much who recruited the players as much as I care who can get them to perform. maybe my perspective changed as I get older, but I just felt like Hak got his players to care more. I don’t doubt this team get frustrated with the losses, but not enough to truly make changes. Game ends, pairwise drops, but the play doesn’t change much in the next week. 2 consecutive years of missing the tourney is completely unacceptable for this program. And I’m sorry if that means Berry taking the fall, but for no change to happen seems ridiculous. Shaw at the very least needs to go, the PP is the most embarrassing it’s ever been, and I don’t ever remember that being a huge UND strength. I still say, bring back Hak. Before we get too far down the rabbit hole.

Hate blaming official but they didn’t miss a call, they went completely one way for the last 5-6 minutes. Avants had no options on defending Geu at the end.

Wife an I were talking about that. These guys are great to listen to. They call the game like it is and don't appear to favor anyone, except for the team who is earning it at any given moment. Very impressive job by UNO on their production. They have truly invested in their program, and hopefully their results will eventually show on the ice.

If you can't beat them (or stick with them) at the beginning of the season, you probably won't in the playoffs. Any yes, I would expect the Bison to be in the playoffs. Do you want to make the playoffs, or win in the playoffs? I'd prefer to win. Beating UND would be huge for any team in the FCS, why would we be any different. And yes, there is a rivalry factor. And recruiting implications. And it would be a driving force more more following and fan involvement. Not sure which part of that wouldn't be critical in building up the program.
