I say we just go with The University of North Dakota for a few years until we can get things all settled down. Use the let "U" more in logos, etc. I actually think a big "U" on the jerseys would look cool.

The worst thing people can do is pull their money because of this. I know its a tough time and will be for awhile but hopefully over the summer their will be some soothing time and people will be ready to support athletics no matter what the name come Fall and Football Season. By pulling your money you are only hurting the programs you support. Lets face it, the name has been on borrowed time for years and it was inevitable. Also, don't use the 'wanting to get into the Summit League' for this action. The name was doomed regardless. There is no way you can keep fighting something every 10 years and avoid impending doom. But, after all that, we are still THE University of North Dakota.

Use a tamed down version of that Cocks logo and be called the "Gamecocks". Granted South Carolina uses it but its not as if its popular.

It is becoming fairly clear that UND will be on WDAY from now on. Which for me will be just fine, they have a nice footprint for all to listen to. If there is a gap in coverage then UND should go out and sign up a station in that area. This move was inevitable. For UND to be taking the exclusive rights of the biggest radio station in Fargo was strange. It only makes sense that NDSU finally figured this out.

I noticed that USD is currently down 60-48 at Utah Valley State with about 10 minutes left. If they lose that means that UND was the only Dakota team to go out UVSU and win. Gotta find positives where you can.
