    Let me grab the point and drag it back over to you. A school doesn't put out an entire new name/marketing campaign and then use the old logo secondary logo that became the defacto primary logo. If they keep it around fine, but they weren't going to use it as main logo.

    Yah. Nothing says UND Fighting Hawks like continuing to use Notre Dame's logo. Everyone knows it as theirs, regardless of what we think.

    To start it was Kelley who was the idiot who chose to make sure EVERYONE had a say in selecting the new name. Now its Schafer who was the idiot who dared to select the new logo himself based on all the input he had in front of him, instead of holding an all-inclusive, annoyingly long process. Damned if you do, damned if you don't. Unreal.

    he got dismissed for unknown reasons. Which means they didn't want him around anymore. That should tell you all you need to know about it. Jones must have felt the program was better without him, on and off the court.

    When did he say that and where? I have yet to hear anything about the future, only about the current culture and embracing the past history. But that's OK, they can be the only program not supporting the University through this extremely tough time, right?

The other one was silent and non-committal about supporting the name, as usual. He completely dodged the question about new logo on Michaels show today and went into some BS about character.

    Kelley really was a poor budget manager. He didn't cut a damn thing. Only kept asking for more money to fill in the gaps.

    Sit tight for your next round of cuts. Dean did next to nothing on this round, even when he knew next round's are going to be the same or worse. Schafer cut everything right now, knowing what he needed for the next biennium, also. Dalrymple told them all that next rounds cuts are coming. Kennedy won't need to do a damn thing in the next 2-3 years.
