When you resort to asking the State of ND to pull money from the rainy day fund to fund your Women's Hockey program, it's time to give it a rest.

That is my question. Were they practicing like this previously? On Monday, Tuesday, or the week before? He knew the decision was coming that afternoon yet still put on a practice. For the recruit, maybe?

Why not? UND finally made the right decision for the betterment of the athletic department as a whole. We all saw it, they finally did, also.

When Roebuck arrived and they got good in late 80s it was pretty consistent for crowds.

Because if somebody said that it wouldn't be true. The uptick in fans is all paying general crowd. The students have the same pattern/numbers every year.

When was WH attendance better than WBB...for a couple years of the transition?

To sum up Brad's interview on KFAN: 8 Olympians, Top 10 program (out of 37), once came really close to a Frozen Four. Rinse, repeat.

Does anybody else get the feeling that the Women's Hockey players think they're way more important than they are? Their responses on twitter are embarrassing. Like UND owed them something. News flash: they cut two other programs, also. Two programs that were a hell of a lot better than your's.

Nobody cared about Women's Hockey in a hockey town 15 years later. Nothing was going to change.

That's a 2 million dollar championship that they might win every 10 years. So 20 million dollars for one championship with a chance for maybe 100K in revenue. Maybe. What is the budget for those D2 schools?

You serious? So tell your conference last. Gotcha. I am willing to bet they began conversations weeks ago with the WCHA to let them know this is a possibility.

Brad has still not addressed why they were cut and why it makes sense for UND. He only keeps re-tweeting current players reactions and obviously taking the side of the Women's team.
