Oh, sure. Sorry. Just preference, mostly. A little bit older, a little bit bigger, a little bit better numbers. And going off what I've heard/seen, a little bit more ready for the college game.
Like I said, what should they do differently? We're still nabbing plenty of top end guys, but missing on the true "blue chippa" with a handful of exceptions. I love our recruiting pipeline right now. What do you think should be done differently to get a guy like Cooley to pick UND over Minny, for example?
if the choice is James or Spicer, I definitely think it should and will be James. Hearing a little bit about an interesting transfer portal forward that could be intriguing. Just heard yesterday that James is in no hurry and is solid UND as it gets. Take that for what it's worth, of course.
Why do you keep saying this? Hoping it'll come true? We won the best conference in college hockey the past two seasons.
The class coming in for Fall 2023 could be rated higher with Perron, Livanavage, Strathmann, James/Spicer
Do you have an idea how you'd like to do this? I'd be pretty shocked to find out that UND isn't doing everything in their power to get the best players possible.
Not to mention brining in a really solid group of recruits. No reason our team won't contend for a fourth-straight Penne Rosa and for the real prize in April.
At his high, he's better than those four, but never got in a real groove this season. Wouldn't blame him at all to jump and he's replaceable. Not a knock on him, but a commentary on incoming rookies.
