I bet they sell these on the Facebook group.

Just because it didn't cause anyone harm, doesn't mean the fanbase enjoys idea of their favorite team looking shady, warranted or not.

UND @ The Herb Stone Monument vs. JBU - Friday Gameday

Certainly won't help -
I absolutely love that we've been replaced as a scourge of our fanbase
-
It's so bad. So much lack of actually hockey knowledge and exaggeration of everything. It's comical at some points. Horribly sad at others. Just the LOWEST possible reflection of our fanbase. And for Christ's sake, can someone PLEASE teach these dummies WITH A PHONE IN THEIR HAND, how to figure out what channel the frickin' game is on lololol?!
-
HA! Never thought about that. Don't get me wrong... I adore the Sioux logo in all shapes and forms. My love for UND blows away the love for the logos. I'd love to see a spread of the alumni vs. non-alumni on there. Not that it really matters, but it does paint a type of picture, you know?
-
Ditto. Honestly, I think this is the view of our fanbase, especially actual alumni, overwhelmingly. It feels like that God awful FB group has made the "Sioux Forever" group louder than ever, but I do believe if it came down to it, people would state their allegiance towards the school, not the name. I know that's the case for my friends and colleagues, at least.

UND @ The Herb Stone Monument vs. JBU - Friday Gameday

Yep. I think we get it. Hopefully it comes tonight and we can play for the chance for 6 tomorrow -
Let's get this started, shall we? Weird week, eh? Maybe this trademark nonsense can be something to rally the team. UND wins 4-2 Gaber, Kleven, Judd, Hainer
-
Yep. I won't deny Minnesota carried the play territorially for a significant stretch in the series, but those games were both very close.
-
They were also 1+ minute away from a sweep. Been over this SOG discussion a million times. That's what Minnesota does ... they fire the puck from everywhere. That series was a close one.

2022-23 University of North Dakota Hockey Season

I think that was the point. He's saying he's seeing signs, so he's confident it'll continue. -
2022-23 University of North Dakota Hockey Season
stoneySIOUX replied to Frozen4sioux's topic in Men's Hockey
Per Schloss, Holy. Moley. Imagine if those are wins. Imagine if even two or three are wins. Ugh. "In all six of UND's losses this season, it either held a lead or was tied in the second or third period. Gaber didn't want this one getting away." -
Better, yes. This premise is being played as kids becoming Hobey winners once they free themselves from Bubbs' creativity-snuffing clutch (I'm being dramatic lol )
-
Boisvert, McInnis, too. I'm speaking about the quality of the group. Obviously we need more bodies.
-
Do you really believe this or is this sarcasm?
-
Perron, Swanson, Strathmann is a damn good pipeline on its own. I think many, rightfully so, are seeing us miss on some guys we all wanted without remembering what we have. Those three could all go first round. They will all likely play together soon. Obviously this isn't the whole story and we can't (and won't be) done, but it's a helluva group already.
-
Smite the blasphemer!!!
-
I'll say this... That game sure was entertaining lol. When we tied it and nearly took the lead a couple times, that rink was good REA.
-
Don't give them anything in terms of hope. This fanbase is currently in their sulking, "fIrE bUbBz" mode. Just gotta let it pass
-
Just for scientific purposes... what players are you thinking? Would be good to get a list. And after that, let's see how they performed once they went elsewhere. If it's all on Bubbs, you'd expect Chris Wilkie, Adam Tambellini, etc., to take off once they left their UND shackles, right?
-
Hearing some rumblings that won't suck . Trying to confirm!
-
I think there's aspects of his game that aren't perfect for him, but that isn't stopping any potential development, otherwise the Sens would have yanked him, IMO. I struggle to come up with a reason he'd leave midseason.
