    The NHL Is the professional standard. It makes sense for a league that wants to filter its players into the professional standard to have rules that mimic the professional standard. Does it not?

    Yup, that's correct. He'll join the team in 2019-20, miss that season and be eligible in 2020-21, but miss the first 7 games.

    After all the craziness of the past couple of years, I don't disagree. However, is it such a stretch to think that this could have happened? Maybe Kennedy really is a POS? lol. We seem to always assume the conspiracy, around here.

I'm sure it'll work lol. I stopped using Sioux in my blogs last year. I may actually bring it back, now.

    I wouldn't hate that. Not sure I think of Smith as a Top 6, but then again, not sure JJ really is, either. I don't know lol.

    Who's not? Adams?? Yeah, like I said in the last post that my buddy suggested... maybe we make Adams a PP specialist.

    A buddy of mine pointed out one thing... we'll get 19 skaters this year. I think we'll roll with an extra dman since we have so many good ones. Could also make Adams a "PP specialist" kind of guy and put Yon, Senden, Keane in there.

    Hoff... we need him SO badly. I struggled with where to put Adams. I think his skill set is Top 6, but I'd rather go with JJ and go with a "Heavy Line" ala 2016 and put Adams on the 4th until he gets consistent.
