Googled the phone number and didn't look super reliable, makes me wonder how these individuals or businesses trust this when donating huge amounts of $$.

Neat observation and probably comes down to preference, maybe even the way lines are changing? If you're rolling 4 lines seems more logical to use the door as it's a true rotation of players but if you're leaning more heavily on the top lines and the 4th line is sitting longer maybe over the boards makes more sense? I'm just throwing things against the wall.
