Sioux need to win some faceoffs

Is there a local bar that a lot of Sioux fans will be at tomorrow night? I don't have tickets or cable so I would love to hang out with some of the faithful Sioux fans here in the Twin Cities. If anyone knows of a bar where a lot of Sioux fans will be tomorrow please post it or send me a personal message. Thanks! PS. Gotta go with Parise. He plays better two-way hockey and has done more than any other player in recent history to bring attention to college hockey, and arguably hockey at any level in the US.

The Allan Parsons Project song Sirius always gets me pumped up for some hockey. I also like the Zamboni Song and Disturbed's Stupify pumps me up too.

Does anyone know of some place in the Twin Cities area where I can go to watch the game on tv? (Sports Bars, etc.?)

I wouldn't say he's just like Blais...afterall Lucia didn't single out one goaltender and he did not say that his goaltender "botched it..." That said giving Jake the past four starts, as I've said before, seems to be a goood enough apology... Go Sioux! Let's make some noise tonight!

Personally I would love to see Jake play both nights, but I would understand if JPar or Ziggy get time too... I agree that all the seniors should start on Saturday, so the fans can give them a well deserved thank-you.

Knew ya could do it Jake, and a big thank you to Blais for giving him another shot...starting the last four games seems to be an acceptable apology for comments after the Wisconsin game...and four wins is a great "I told you so" to all tha fans who doubted him. Looking forward to see him play this weekend too!

I was watching the Wild-Predators game tonight...with about 1 minute left in the sencond period you can clearly hear the crowd chant Fernandez, Fernandez, Fernandez, YOU SUCK!...How's that for a corporate/professional atmosphere?! Even though I am a Wild fan it made me happy to hear an entire crowd at a pro-game cheering for their team, or rather taunting the other team in such beautiful unison! Maybe someday the same thing might happen at the REA...keep up all the hard work I look forward to cheering the Sioux on at the Michigan Tech series!

I'm going to go out a limb and say that we won't be seeing any Monticello graduates at UND any time soon. Only one word to describe that team, Pathetic...or maybe Hopeless, but I have to agree with MNsiouxFAN, kudos to the guys who continued to play for such a horrible team.

First of all I agree that some of the vulgarity should be cleaned up, mainly the use of the F-bomb. I have often wondered if the recent issues at hockey games, now the vulgarity and previously the standing issue, are just the surface of an underlying problem. That problem being the feeling that student's aren't welcome and the administration doesn't stand up for the students. I agree with you siouxnami. When I graduate in August I'm gone and if UND thinks they will get a cent out of me they are dreaming. ...and they wonder why they can't keep young people in North Dakota.

Good call, I actually borrowed it from some guy out in Syracuse, I never did the math myself, but the change has been made! I also change the weight since he is now listed as 160lbs. making him about 445 times heavier not 418 as previously stated!
