Chris Dilks @ChrisDilks 27m27 minutes ago Florida just called up Rocco Grimaldi up to the NHL. Surprised to see Rocco up so soon thought he would spend at least a year in the AHL.

NORTH DAKOTA vs. Air Force - US HALL OF FAME GAME
SiouxScore replied to AZSIOUX's topic in Men's Hockey
I still think he is a good player and has a lot of potential but in the games he has played this season he has clearly struggled and been the worse of the 6 dressed that night that is why I think it may take an injury for him to get back in. -

With the way the others are playing right now it is hard to see him getting back in unless someone is banged up. -

Schlossman said on the Herald chat that St.Clair was a healthy scratch he also mentioned that Pattyn has an offseason surgery and isn't 100% recovered yet. -
Someone asked on the Herald chat about a medical redshirt and Schloss said that unless something goes way different than they think MacMillan will be back this year.

I got it in with the clock changing from 10:59 to 11:00 and immediately tried 1, 2, 3, and 4 ticket packages and it said nothing was available. Did anybody get tickets online?

I agree the development is great but I love when kids have the USHL or development team option and turn it down to play for their hometown team especially Minnesota kids since I get a chance to see a decent number of Minnesota high school games.

Ouch the Wild can't hold 3-0 and 4-2 leads and lose 5-4 to the Rangers giving up 5 3rd period goals Kuemper had only given up 4 goals in 5 previous starts.

Would think Krieder and Moore will be hearing from the NHL safety department for their hits on Brodin and Haula tonight after both were kicked out with majors.
-
Very sad had a very bright future I believe his last at bat was a pinch hit homerun in the postseason.
-
He will play for EGF again this high school season and rejoin the Force after the high school season is finished and then I would think he will spend the 2015 season with Fargo before coming to campus in 2016.
-
One I think a lot of people figured would happen but were just waiting for when he would announce it. Wouldn't be surprised if a couple of EGF teammates/former teammates end up joining him at UND. Brad E. Schlossman @SchlossmanGF 24s25 seconds ago Grand Forks, ND EGF's Dixon Bowen commits to UND. Son of former UND player and coach Jeff Bowen.

The .6 second goal last April was actually a shorthanded goal I believe.

Shattuck defenseman Josh Maniscalco commits to Minnesota seems like it has been a while since we landed a player from Shattuck.
-
That delay of game when they were gonna just kick the field goal may end up costing them a playoff spot.
-
Connor Halladay threw the ball 79 times today for Washington State in their 59-37 loss to Arizona.
-
Hoping for a speedy recovery for Mark and that this team can keep rolling while he is out so we can make sure he is at full strength when he returns.

More of a grind it out type game tonight but I thought it was a solid performance even with the win slipping away. Good to see another guy get his first goal tonight in Poganski tonight. Really thought Chyzk played well and the play of the Schmaltz line continues to impress me. Zane was very solid again tonight and came up with some really big saves as did Gillies for Providence. How many shots did Providence block tonight it seemed like they were always in shooting lanes?

TCU runs in another TD with 1:16 left to make it 82-27 wow.
-
TCU is up 75-27 against Texas Tech and driving late in the 4th quarter can they reach 80.

Murphy and Poganski in for MacMillan and St.Clair would guess St.Clair may be dealing with an injury as well. Tonight's lines: Pattyn-Johnson-Parks O'Donnell-Gaarder-Murphy Caggiula-Schmaltz-Olson Chyzk-Simonson-Poganski LaDue-Schmaltz Ausmus-Stecher Mattson-Poolman McIntyre Johnson Hrynkiw

Poganski has been playing 1 game a weekend but after the performance last night it may be tough to make any lineup changes unless it is because of injury. Poganski is a guy that I think will adjust to the college game and get better throughout the year and consistently be in the lineup in the 2nd half of the season kind of like what happened with Thompson last year.
-
I think Zane has pretty much gotten past the giving up 1 soft goal a game as the one he gave up last night was the first soft one I can remember him giving up in a while.

Great game of Fighting Sioux hockey and love the edge this team played with tonight. The guys came with great jump from the start real strong on the puck especially in the offensive zone tonight and a real nice job of going hard to the net and making Gillies uncomfortable. Liked the way Olson jumped in when Caggiula took the high hit in the 3rd and made sure Providence knew right away we weren't gonna let that happen. Seems like Poolman continues to get better every game and you can't take him out of the lineup right now and that goes for pretty much the whole set of defenseman so unless an injury happened tonight I would expect the same 6 in for tomorrow for sure. The 6th goal really didn't mean a whole lot for this game but I think it was big for Caggiula to finally see one go in. I noticed MacMillan didn't play at all in the 3rd so hopefully that was just precautionary and he will be good to go tomorrow if he can't go I would guess Poganski would come in and Hak would have to do some line juggling. Hope we can see this same kind of intensity and edge from the drop of the puck tomorrow and finish off a sweep that could be big at the end of the season.
