He also is the career leader in base on balls, 962 more (over 52%, 2,795 to 1,833) than the next guy. Control wasn't exactly his strong point. But yes, if he wanted to drill you, he would.

How's your soccer team doing? You coming up to the volleyball game on Monday? Heard it should be a good one.
-
Won't be there this weekend, but will be down there mid-October. Any place that regularly shows FCS games? Hoping to catch the UND/Sac St game while I'm there.
-
Just curious what you base on that on? I can't see any argument holding water that the "big boys" would allow.

How are those women sports you were touting a few weeks ago doing?

Viewing options for Sioux hockey games this season

Hopefully UND is able to show Neulion the subscriber numbers and they will allocate the proper resources instead of assuming no one is going to watch college hockey. -
The word is out that NDSU will pay big amounts for home games and teams will demand those paydays as was shown this year. Its already at the point where Taylor is complainging about it. My guess is eventually NDSU will start having to sign some home and homes whether it be with UND or someone else or the fans will have to learn to be live with D-II schools on the schedule because they are willing to come in for a lot less that an FCS can and has demanded.

50% isn't bad.

Doubt it was raunchy, if it was I'm sure it would have been all over the place with the media stirring up the story at every chance. Doubt it was any worse than "Crap on me Sam Ponder".
-
And full of NDSU fans who have moved on.
-
I saw that. The Nebraska fans are longing for the days of the old Blackshirts. Will be interesting to see what Zenner does next week against NDSU next weekend, they've held him in check every time they've played him.
-
I can't count how many NDSU football shirts I saw at the UND basketball game a couple years ago. Expect the same thing this year. To be fair, I'm not even sure NDSU makes basketball fan apparel.
-
Zenner goes for over 200 and averages just under 10 yards a carry. All-World QB Sumner goes 19/29 for 238 and 2 picks. SDSU needs to give Zenner the ball more.

Feel free to hop off the bandwagon at any time.

Klosterman's article in the Forum sure has the kool-aid drinkers out in full force. Anyone know if App State had this much delusion of grandeur when they were on top of the mountain?
-
That is a pretty broad statement and not sure I agree with it. UND has won quite a few recruiting battles against MVFC and Big Sky teams, including some against NDSU. I am not sold it is the recruiting end of things that is the problem right now. You forget NDSU fans have selective memory. FU football didn't start until the 1960's, the late 90's-early 00's never really happened, the Fargodome has always been sold out and national championships can only be won in the playoffs (even if 3 of theirs were won in the polls).

Will need to balance out the classes at some point as well at least if they want to stay towards the top of the conference consistently rather than compete just once or twice every 4-5 year stretch.
-
Again, not addressing my original point. You called someone out for not linking to some numbers and then did the exact same thing in the next sentence. At least be consistent.
-
Not at all what I was talking about..... Seems to me you pulled that out of the air as well? And are you inferring that all OSU fans live in the state of Ohio?
-
How can you call someone out for "pulling stats out of their ass" and then doing the exact same thing in the next sentence?
-
The little man syndrome some of you are projecting is similar to the FU fan base. I believe his point was that, to hockey fans, yes UM-UND would be a much bigger and more intriguing match-up. To the casual viewer who wasn't going to watch (and probably won't regardless), seeing UM-OSU on the schedule would make them more likely to tune in because nationally, OSU is a more recognizable brand. They likely don't know that OSU hasn't been all that great at hockey lately, nor do they care, but they recognize the name. And to the point that the potential is there for OSU's attendance to grow is a very valid one. If they actually start winning some games, particularly against familar B1G opponents, people will start showing up. Everyone loves a winner, that doesn't change. Edit: hrkac hit the nail on the head.

No joke, he's been on the job for almost 2 whole months and hasn't filled all of the open scholarships yet!!! Fire him too.

Illinois. Full list of past locations here. Future members Maryland and Rutgers have never hosted as well.

Don't disagree with that much either. I'd be curious on how the contract reads. What kind of buyouts or guarantee are in it? Maybe it is less than face value as often contracts are merely to provide the illusion of stability. What concerns me is the timing. If Muss goes, a search needs to be done, but it needs to be done quickly otherwise this recruiting class could end up being a bust, setting UND back even further.
