I understand your points, but disagree. With all of the new infrastrucure that has popped up over the last 5-10 years, Bemidji seems to be catering to the regional population more than to those within the city. (certainly the constantly expanding new populous in the area doesn't hold the grudges and close-mindedness as the now dwindling old) With new plans for an outlet mall and other retail and industrial businesses on the table, it seems that the event center/ arena is just another step in the "destination city" classification that Bemidji is leaning toward... and having success with.

Since there aren't any coaches around for tonight's show... maybe some of our "sudo-reporters" can entertain us again? Oh yeah... I respectfully request an interview with "Perky Sparko."

It may be a stretch, and it may be a bit of a brazen statement. That said, I don't think pro17's that far off base. I can think of a couple players last weekend that could have helped the team with some self motivation. Does this mean they're spoiled? Not necessarily, but to think that all players are getting equal opportunities at all times is in itself "a stretch"... despite what we'd all like to think.

Agreed... I would love to see this team at its best. As good as we've looked this year, I don't think we've seen how good they really are.

It isn't so much that they're offended, but many company internet policies (including mine) have a certain "taste" code that they follow. (for lack of a better term) If the company administrator sees something which in his opinion is in "bad taste", he can put a block on the site, regardless of the full content. Up to this point, I'm free to browse during working hours, and I think the avatar rule helps my situation as well as others'. (yes... I too enjoy giant full-motion bouncing exposed breasts, but I'm happy to give them up for continued Sioux coverage)

I won't make a prediction, only to save myself from the admonishment of the board. (But I will say that the UND/USD game, IMO will be SIGNIFICANT!)

I might respectfully add that the source of the "money for all the marble and granite in the place" is no longer with us. Finding cash to remove the logos will not come easily. I'm sure I won't donate to the cause... anyone else in this forum ready to pony up some $$$?
