So it can snow and be bitterly cold in part of the stadium? I say if we can't have a roof bring football back to Memorial Stadium and just upgrade it. You had 10,000 with seats on both sidelines, just add seats north and south, upgrade the scoreboard into a videoboard and you could get a good 20,000 seat stadium.

Burger Time is good...I remember when GF had Hamburger Heaven (think back to the late 80's early 90's). It was on the corner of N. Washington and 2nd Ave N. It was a car lot last I was up there. Gotta love burger joints that aren't a major chain.

I wish him all the best at Wisconsin (except when they play Nebraska). I just like that he picked a walk-on spot at UND over a scholly at NDSU and NIU.

We ate at Dickies here in Fargo and it had good food and a pretty good line too, I haven't heard anything bad about it. Gives a little more competition to Famous Dave's.

If UND was FBS you really can't say Minnesota wouldn't show up. Fans aren't really going to show up at TCF if they keep losing to teams like NDSU, and USD.

Ouch!!! A kick in the teeth for the 3 Dakota schools. If it wasn't for the MVFC those 3 would be begging UND to get into the Big Sky.

Hard to say...you had teams playing a DI schedule and look at our 2001 schedule: Central Washington UM-Crookston UNC New Haven SDSU NDSU SCSU UNO MSU-Mankato Augy USD Winona State Pitt State UC Davis Grand Valley St. Good strength of teams in postseason (minus WSU), but OOC games vs CWU, Crookston, and New Haven? Sorry they are not DI calabur. I think we would be in the middle of the pack of the BSC but not towards the top.

I could see it if...we played well known teams like (NDSU, Wyoming, Minnesota, etc) but also have a successful football team. We could be playing the Hurricanes but if we are 0-10 no one would show up. The two go together...even NDSU saw a decrease in attendance during their 3-8 season (of course it was up in the 13-15k range).

How about UND telling the NCAA you get Eastern Michigan to follow the 15,000 rule first then we will follow it. EMU had what 4,000 on average last season. They constantly break that rule.

That's why I said if the recruits standout. I can't help my excitement, I am just pumped up for the season to start and hope for the upcoming success of UND football.
