That is great news. I am going to be glued to my computer once single game tickets go on sale next month. Kids can't wait for the Potato Bowl (parade for them, game for me).

Before the whole state law thing and voting by the people...UND was to have a new nickname after 2010's retirement of the name, I believe it was December 2010 or August 2011, but the late retirement bled into that timeline and the NCAA accepted the cooling off period therefore 2015 UND will have a new nickname.

Nothing to be ashamed of with 2 NC and 1 Dance trip..oh you mean the off field stuff, that's just made up stuff by the media. It doesn't matter as long as championships are won.

Its funny to see a lot of buildings on that property. I tell my kids when I visit Grand Forks that growing up the only building on the land was the Columbia Road Fire Station. Now it has million dollar buildings on it. Boy times have changed in the last 15 years.

I saw them last season in Fargo and that game went quick when UND swept them.

This sucks!!!! I wish it was a weekend. It may be a late drive for the kids.

In case anyone is wondering about single game tickets...just got an email from Dexter Albrecht (director of ticket sales) he says single game tickets go on sale August 1st.

Preseason polls means nothing, since we have a playoff. This one means UND hasn't made any noise and isn't a household name in the big Sky yet. Once we win a conference title and start overtaking the BSC we will see our team towards the top.
