I was hoping for Root since they do BSC football, but I guess basketball is different.

If the NCAA can tell W&M to get rid of the "tribe feathers" then they can tell us to get rid of any NA imagery on the new logo. They (NCAA) are a-holes that way.

My Directv guide doesn't show UND@Alabama this weekend on SEC Network. Its college basketball, unless its on the its on the SEC Network Alternate channel 611-1 as that says To Be Announced in the timeslots.

MVC had 2 teams in the tournament last year....Northern Iowa and Wichita St. SL and BSC will never have more than 1 team.

But the SL is cheaper than the Big Sky since they can bus it to most of the teams (common Bison fan excuse not to join the BSC). So now travel expenses are a problem. When was the last time NDSU started the baseball/softball season at home and not a 20-30 game road trip? It happens every year to all teams up here. It's called winter and it messes with the baseball/softball schedule every year so that's why home games are roughly 2 months after opening day.

Oh yeah.

Maybe it depends how far from towers you are too. We bought the expensive one (70 bucks I think) that Target had and put it on our living room wall next to our north facing window and we get 23 channels (on a clear day) a couple channels can be a little wavy but for the most part we get all 23 pretty clear. Not bad for a one time payment.

I went to a hockey game last year, this year hasn't worked out due to my son's basketball schedule to go, same with basketball and yes I go to the games in Fargo when UND comes to town. When I don't go I watch/listen to games on tv, radio, and Internet.

Does anyone know what sort of media is going to be covering the Big Sky Tournament besides the championship game? Could there be a Fox College Sports Channel that could cover it?

I watch it on an indoor antennae, you can get at Target/Walmart etc. You get about 20 extra channels but its free channels including WDAY/Z's Xtra channel which broadcasts local sporting events. I have Directv but this is nice especially if local channels start having contract disputes with bigger companies.

They should do the poll about 5 years from now when a new logo is born and in 5 years of use, and when all UND teams has had a chance to embrace it (football, volleyball hasn't had their chance at it), and I bet those numbers will be changed a lot.

Its for uh travel costs. Gotta get that oil change for the bus ride to places like Ft. Wayne State or Brookings College.
