You certainly love to stretch the truth on dang near everything. Here's the "report" from TSN: https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.tsn.ca/insider-trading-are-there-any-unknown-markets-the-nhl-could-expand-to-1.1222220%3ftsn-amp "But Austin, Texas, is an interesting market. Right now it's an AHL city with an 8,000-seat stadium, so they would obviously need to build another rink. There isn't an ownership group that has stepped forward and said that they want in on Austin, but it is an intriguing market for the NHL that could one day down the road be on the radar because it's a faster growing market and it is a unique niche." That "report" you mention is 3 sentences. That's the whole thing and it's buried in a blog post.

Your predictions are so stuck on FBS. I don't believe the WAC is trying to get FCS teams in order to go FBS. If I was going to predict something, I would say the WAC will add 4 D2 schools as part of a new WAC FCS and will either poach at least 2 current FCS schools or pick up schools with new FB programs. I also think they'll be open to affiliate FB schools too to get the league up to or above 6.

Throw a K in there please.
-
So Loghry openly talks about his frustration with being passed over for a job he clearly wanted and you think that means Loghry would have passed on the offer? Your logic is ridiculous. You claimed Williams' experience at the Big 10 would be very beneficial to the BS in going FBS. Shockingly, you were wrong. You then also claimed she would go to the WAC and the WAC guy would go to the BS. Also wrong. Based on your previous predictions, doesn't Loghry going to the WAC signify the WAC will add FCS football? Certainly, you don't see a deputy athletic director at an FCS conference being the type of hire you would want if you were a conference looking to go FBS.
-
I assume the Summit gave them some assurances that they would be accepted otherwise there are not too many conference options for them.

I certainly made freshman mistakes well into my junior year

Do you mind posting something like this again? I don't think anyone understood your point. One person compared the speed in hiring a new head coach in one sport at NDSU to another coach in another sport at UND. It wasn't a hockey vs football fight, but your insecurity has shown through once again and now the thread is dominated by a topic you introduced but continue to decry.
-
Why does a team have 11 new players? Does that not fall on the coaches, too?
-
I'm sure a link to the post wouldn't be too tough for you to find and add here. So far, I've seen nothing in the past year on the board that mentions 16k at the stadium.
-
Where does it mention 16k in the renovations? Looking for some sort of proof in an article that states that. I assume I'll be waiting for a while.
-
Haven't you heard? The report was a facade to keep other schools from taking advantage of the WAC FBSness. Idaho knew they were just dropping down to FCS to recruit UND to leave the Big Sky, join the MVFC and then move to the WAC, but only temporarily, before going to the Summit but as an FBS conference.
-
Of course they are more credible but that doesn't make them credible. A hot dog from a street vendor in a dark alley at 4am is more credible than a hot dog from a homeless person but it's still not a good idea. Yes, SDSU didn't want to play a bunch of DII and NAIA teams but they weren't scheduling those teams to get an autobid because beating them would not have helped them at all if they had a resume that included wins over ranked, power or upper-mid-major teams.
-
What the f? You claimed SDSU was trying to get an autobid with wins over those crap D1 teams. The Bunnies need to win games against ranked or upper mid-major programs. They are not a power team. The committee also views the MEAC and SWAC schools as pointless to a resume. Beating the #307 team in the country is not a resume builder for anyone. Big 10 and Big 12 teams don't need to rely on three crap wins, they play a tough conference schedule and get some wins against teams that aren't junk. The content in your posts is something else....
-
You've shown that's your expertise.
-
You don't get at large bids by crushing low level D1 schools.
-
You don't have to live in a nice place to criticize other cities. It's why everyone in the world can talk about how !@#!$ Greeley is.
-
If Klieman does go to K State, it just means UND can go 2-0 against FBS competition with former NDSU coaches.
-
You mean the article I had to show you said the WAC was starting an FCS football conference?
-
NOT for world jrs. This is for the world championships in May.

So you believe progress is sticking to printing newspapers? It's been 13 years since I've had a physical newspaper subscription. Progress is adapting to the digital age, not focusing on print .

It's why Germany is dropping 3 billion euros to try and get solid state batteries developed. They know the future is not in lithium and don't want to be reliant on Asian companies creating batteries for all of the electronic vehicles. The quarter thing, or euro in Germany, is nice but it's hardly a mechanical refund. When you lock the cart to the one in front of it, you're manually pushing the coin back out with the "key." As for shopping at Aldi, it is great except when they don't get a shipment for a month of something you're used to buying. They get massive shipments of stuff and once it's gone, you may never see it again. Im sure there is a system but it's pretty random.

He is now the most accurate predictor on the board!
-
And if you get rid of last season he is 63-28-8. It's just as meaningless as taking away the championship season.
