You do realize a concert capacity is bigger than a sporting event capacity? The Ralph can hold an extra 1,500 for concerts. The MTS Center in Winnipeg had 17,000 for a concert but is low 15,000 for hockey. The upper deck is included in the capacity listed for concerts, which means the arena is most likely too small for the NHL. The article you posted says nothing about the new arena. You once again are creating connections that just aren't there. Let's see just one article or blog post or anything that indicates ice making equipment will be installed in this arena. It can't be that hard if you're citing all these sources as proof you're right.

It's shocking an MLS owner thinks a team in Texas would have more people attend and attract better players than a team in Ohio. Your predictions are so stuck on FBS. I don't believe the WAC is trying to get FCS teams in order to go FBS. If I was going to predict something, I would say the WAC will add 4 D2 schools as part of a new WAC FCS and will either poach at least 2 current FCS schools or pick up schools with new FB programs. I also think they'll be open to affiliate FB schools too to get the league up to or above 6.

You then also claimed she would go to the WAC and the WAC guy would go to the BS. Also wrong. Based on your previous predictions, doesn't Loghry going to the WAC signify the WAC will add FCS football? Certainly, you don't see a deputy athletic director at an FCS conference being the type of hire you would want if you were a conference looking to go FBS.

Haven't you heard? The report was a facade to keep other schools from taking advantage of the WAC FBSness. Idaho knew they were just dropping down to FCS to recruit UND to leave the Big Sky, join the MVFC and then move to the WAC, but only temporarily, before going to the Summit but as an FBS conference.

Of course they are more credible but that doesn't make them credible. A hot dog from a street vendor in a dark alley at 4am is more credible than a hot dog from a homeless person but it's still not a good idea. Yes, SDSU didn't want to play a bunch of DII and NAIA teams but they weren't scheduling those teams to get an autobid because beating them would not have helped them at all if they had a resume that included wins over ranked, power or upper-mid-major teams.

What the f? You claimed SDSU was trying to get an autobid with wins over those crap D1 teams. The Bunnies need to win games against ranked or upper mid-major programs. They are not a power team. The committee also views the MEAC and SWAC schools as pointless to a resume. Beating the #307 team in the country is not a resume builder for anyone. Big 10 and Big 12 teams don't need to rely on three crap wins, they play a tough conference schedule and get some wins against teams that aren't junk. The content in your posts is something else....
