BE played bad, but Dell looked awful...mental mistakes of his proportion last night should never happen. Especially on multiple occasions. Suprised he is getting the nod. Gleason?? At forward...really? I like Davidson alot and where is Bruno? He hasn't sniffed any ice. This isn't a must win, but it is a game you put your best line combos out on the ice.

I think Hak has to get BE back in net ASAP...it only takes a couple early saves to set the tone for BE and the team. The problem is he has to make them. Team who scores 1st tonight wins IMO. If BE gives up an early one...

UND has a number of guys that play with an edge, but playing with an edge doesn't have to go hand and hand with also playing undisciplined. That's what I've seen so far this year. Officiating aside, the guys have to play smarter hockey.

Two things are a must to geta win tonight...1) Defensively we have to be the total opposite of last pm. 2) We have to play with a better pace. It is plain to see that to compete against some of these skilled, faster teams, Hak has to let the horses run. Way too much skill, speed and talent on this team to try to cycle and grind every game out. Our goaltending is what it is...solid on a good nite, what you saw last night on a bad night. They aren't going to steal any games so might as well turn all your offensive guns loose and fire away IMO.

Agree Hak had to give BE the hook even though he was hung out to dry on all 3, but Dell has been a trainwreck since he came in.

Need to start seeing some effort...to say Maine worked us over physically is an understatement for that period.

If UND doesn't make it a parade to the penalty box, I think they roll. Not real confident on the 1st part: 5-4 UND. In Denver...just found out hotel has CBS College Sports station..."Room Service please!"

Totally agree...was just visiting a buddy in Missoula 2 weeks ago. He's a huge Griz fan. He saw Poly beat the Griz. Said Poly was best team Griz played to-date.

I'm right there with you...We seen some good ones in the last 20+ years. When this year ends, Fratttin will be one that we'll be talking about for a long time. This kid's total skill set is something we haven't seen in a long, long time.

Within a 2+ week span, UND will have played 6 games with travel to/from Alaska and to Maine. That is a lot of flying miles. Physically one would think, even for 18-20 year olds, that will at some point take a toll. I wouldn't be suprised by a close loss Friday, then regroup to win handily on Sat. But pulling for a sweep.

Agree...every game he plays, he looks a little more comfortable. He seems to be a better positional goalie than BE. Nice to have a couple solid goalies. BTW...how good was Frattin's wrister last night. SICK!!! I know I keep harping this kid's talents, but I think we are going to see a special kind of year from him that we haven't seen from a Sioux forward in a long time.

The potential of the Trupp-Malone-Frattin line can almost make a grown man giddy! That line could be something special this year. Frattin will be a man amongst boys by the holiday break IMO.

The Fighting Sioux Club and UND's Foundation are to seprate entities. You can support one without supporting the other. One could support athletic scholarships thru the FSC and not support the Foundation or visa versa. I had no problem renewing my season tickets thru the FSC. I did though have difficulty ultimately signing the check to the Foundation based on my perceived lack of leadership from our AD and President on this whole nickname/logo issue. UND will always be UND "Home of the Fighting Sioux"...it's just not the same UND I attended IMO.

And that's why this country is in the mess it is. The Joe Chapman/NDSU fiasco is a microcosm of the entitlement and unaccountability attitude that has gripped this country. Throw in all the PC BS and...
