As I mentioned before...the guy at #4 IMO should easily be in the discussion. If you have a hundred+ goals and assist...you are doing something right.

And how many times has UND upset a FBS team to date? But I guess being a 3+ TD underdog on the road with everything else factored in screams..."So you are saying there's a chance..." You might as well double down and throw some $$$ on the Jacks to beat Mizzu as well then.

That was really fun to watch...both defenses were absolutely pourous for most of that game.

I'm heading to Missoula Friday to hang out with a good buddy who lives there. I'll bring that game up and his response, as it always is, will be that squad was the worst Griz team in the last 15+ years!

The 2 woodshed beatings by the Montana schools last year really turned away a number of those "non-hardcore" fans.

This prediction might not be far off. The spread is SJSU -24 1/2. I think...desperately hope...UND will be better on D but other than Gill who is going to catch it at the WR spot? The biggest question mark is if UND can run the ball at all in this game. If not...SJSU covers...easily. IMO too much inexperience and too many changes on both sides of the ball to even suggest UND has a chance to win this one though.

In hindsight, Faison and Bubba should have paid for an NAIA cupcake to fill next year's schedule to appease those UND supporters who want another snooze-fest home game and sure fire "W"...........................oh wait, bad example.

Really? "Business deals"? If this is strictly a money issue UND comes out pretty good considering it's an hour bus trip south. For all you "Fire Faison" and "UND got bent over" crowd...explain to me what cards is/was UND holding? What leverage did/do they have in this whole process? "Respect"? "Weber State"? Another question...when that Saturday next September rolls around who has the most to gain when the clock reads 0:00? I live in Fargo. UND's FB program is seen as a complete joke by SU supports but now there is nothing but talk about "what happens if we lose" next September by those same people. Personally I am tired of the "ugly redheaded step child" treatment UND's FB program has got and is getting in this state. Good for Bubba for taking a risk to change that. Correct...But Bubba decided enough is enough and it's time to move forward. Good for him. That move alone shows more stones than was ever shown by his predecessor IMO.

Under...SU will get to 9 regular season wins...and tack on a playoff win. I can't see 5 sure fire wins on UND's schedule. That makes 14...under.

UND lost by an average margin of 22 PPG last year...all against FCS teams. This is vs. a FBS team and is being played on the road ...albeit not a good FBS team. If UND keeps this within 14 I'd be surprised. This team will get much better as the year goes along but not going to drink the Kool-Aid just yet.

Fair analysis...but what is fact is Bubba wanted these games next year and in 2019. You might not like it, this obviously is fact as well, but for this program to transition out of the Muss debacle these games are a step in the right direction for a vast majority of Sioux fans and alum. I'm not a big Faison fan but this isn't a Faison issue. The FB program at UND is looked apon as a joke right now...IMO Bubba sees that and is willing to take a risk to change that perception. Good for him. Winning one of these 2 games or both will completely change the dynamic of scheduling the games between the 2 schools. If UND gets their butts handed to them in both games vs. NDSU and makes little progress in the BS conference by 2019...not sure Bubba will have much say on anything FB related at that point anyways.
