  1. Sounds like DU's Ruegsegger is out for the season with a knee injury from last nights UAA game: http://www.denverpost.com/sports/ci_11915040
  2. BC 1 UNH 0 2nd BU 3 Maine 3 2nd (i believe) Union 2 Princeton 0 2nd NMU 2 Miami 2 ND 1 UNO 0
  3. I'll take VandeVelde for tonight's game.
  4. There's no way that UAA would have been able to run up the score on DU. With a 2-0 lead, they should have taken a page from UW/MTU/Cornell, etc and trapped the Pioneers until they could trap no more. Put 4 guys on the blue line and don't even let them enter the zone.
  5. The only difference being that last year Kangas was a rock back in net. This year he looks lost most of the time. Comparing his numbers from his FR to SO season is crazy.
  6. I think Wooger is starting to lose it a little bit though, which is unfortunate because I really like the color and hockey knowledge that he brings to the table. But I've really noticed this season that he is struggling at times, like he can't find the words to say what he wants...and while he has always struggled with names, it has really gotten bad this year.
  7. I can certainly revise my picks to have UMN lose the Semi-final and Third place games to close out their season. Doesn't matter to me either way.
  8. Here's how I see it going down: UND in 2 DU in 2 (despite UAA being really tough right now) UW in 2 UMD in 3 (what's going on with CC...I was impressed with them in GF, but now they're fading) UMN in 3 Play-in game: UMD over UMN Semi-final 1: UND over UMD Semi-final 2: DU over UW Third place: UW over UMD Championship: UND over DU Trophy #2 from the Triple Crown is secured. :D
  9. DU wins 3-2. All the higher seeds win except for CC.
  10. DU up 3-2 with 3min left in game.
  11. Methinks the shot counter at the Kohl Center dipped into the paint thinner a bit early today.
  12. MSUM just gave up in the 3rd. Now 7-1 UW.
  13. Sioux now at #5 in the PWR.
  14. Thank you Eidsness. Blood has been playing well in replacement of LaPoint.
  15. That was setup beautifully by Miller. There's no way that Duncan was going to miss that much open net.
  16. Stick a fork in the SCSU Huskies. Down 2-0 after two UMN PP goals.
