Reschny playing both sides of the ice: https://www.grandforksherald.com/sports/und-hockey/und-freshman-cole-reschny-showing-value-on-both-sides-of-the-ice -
Sacha has 9pts (mainly due to a 4a effort last game), but is still a -2 in +/-.

No worries, I enjoy tracking their stats as the season progresses! Def agreed. I mentioned it on the last stats update that he was sure starting slow for a guy supposedly coming to UND next fall. He just got traded from Waterloo to SF, so hopefully the change of location gets him more opportunities to flourish and get confidence before next season.

Big home series this weekend. ASU has looked a little porous defensively, so hopefully UND can take advantage. They still have some talented forwards with Potter, Lucius, and their ex-pro Beck who seemed to be in on all of their goals against CC. Keep the streak rolling, UND!
-
UND in 1st place in the league. WMU in last place in the league. Just like we all predicted after 4 games.
-
Congrats to both Menghini and Kernan, both scoring their 1st goals at UND. Reschny with a nice game of 1g/2a. Homer played his best game in awhile...he still moves around a bit more than we'd like to see, but he did make some big saves at key times. I still think Spoons looks calmer in net, but I'm fine with a rotation if they both keep winning.
-
Not easy to do in this conference. GREAT weekend for the boys in green/black.
-
UNO tried that last night and ended up taking like 7 penalties.
-
Dang, DU going for the sweep of WMU at Lawson, that's impressive.
-
Congrats on your first goal at UND!
-
1-0!!!
-
Hampton 2 goals allowed on 4 shots.
-
MSU up 3-0 on PSU in the 3rd. Stramel with 1g/2a.
-
If Homer fumbles again, IMO you have to stick with Spoons from here on. We'll see.
-
Hopefully UND comes out ready to play. You know UNO is gonna be ticked after their horrible 3rd last night. They had their chances, but Spunar made some good saves. So hard to sweep in this league. UND def looked like the more talented team, they just need to play like it again tonight.

UND is the opposite of UMD this season. UMD is a one-line wonder...UND killing it with depth: https://www.grandforksherald.com/sports/und-hockey/friday-rewind-unds-scoring-balance-is-giving-opponents-fits?fbclid=IwY2xjawN8dvhleHRuA2FlbQIxMQBicmlkETFnT3QwYnp4VnhTMkM0SnFHc3J0YwZhcHBfaWQQMjIyMDM5MTc4ODIwMDg5MgABHnEbEZ8EY4jcBMAeg1gshiZmGrMwwieBUJy2D971pMaeJKZbxRxHia-Cdy7R_aem_2hytdLC2mmKiY_w754JDdA -
As long as Simon is starting in goal for UNO, James is guaranteed to score.
