  1. And that's how it ends despite UNO outshooting them by about double.
  2. End of 1st 1-1 14-6 SOG UND Few sec of PP left to start 2nd
  3. Man does BSU clog that middle on their PK. Good luck getting a point shot thru.
  4. Download uBlock first as an add-on to your browser. Works like a champ.
  5. BU along with Boisvert.
  6. First half MVP and not even close really.
  7. +1 Agreed. Guys like James, Liv, and Wiebe...their decisions to return following the Dane decision, that was huge for this team. Speaking of Boisvert...I'm seeing a lot of Canadian WJC roster projections that list Reschny but not Boisvert. Nice to see. Although he's been injured a bit, but he hasn't really shined much for BU aside from one 4a game.
  8. Penner sure gets scratched a lot. Hopefully he can start working his way into the lineup more frequently.
  9. Yale and UNO tied at 1 end of 1st.
  10. Don't often see a 2 on 0. Ha. At least they beat them. NCHC with some good NPI boosts already tonight. Hopefully that continues.
  11. BSU is like a poor-man's UMD...the majority of their scoring comes from their top line with Peer and Flammang. Shut down that line and score first to get them to play more wide-open and I like our chances.
  12. Take 'em down, boys.
  13. Miami beats RIT 4-0 with two ENG. They will play Union in the Friendship Four championship.
  14. Some important non-conf games for the NCHC this weekend. Hopefully it's a successful weekend and we can some NPI points. Miami up 2-0 on RIT in N Ireland.
  15. Schloss preview...he calls for a split with an OT BSU win tonight. https://www.grandforksherald.com/sports/und-hockey/preview-und-vs-bemidji-state-1
  16. Sounds good! I'll go Swanson. You're up @RedFrog
  17. USA WJC Projection. https://www.dailyfaceoff.com/news/2026-world-juniors-final-roster-projection-for-team-usa-hagens-eiserman-horcoff I could still see Zellers make it ahead of a few of those listed above him here. He's had a better season that a few of them. We'll see... Also crazy if they leave off Hurlbert with how well his CHL season is going...but also understand politics if USAH is mad he left the program. Emery a lock is my guess. Guessing Laurila is gonna see a pile of minutes against Mercyhurst. Would be good to see Heil get on the team for some more international experience.
  18. Really hope he's back for SCSU. Only four games in December, would suck to have him out longterm.......again.
  19. Schloss' article on the injuries. Sounds like both Rickwood and Zmolek out. Not ideal in these crucial non-conf games. https://www.grandforksherald.com/sports/und-hockey/und-expecting-three-to-return-to-the-lineup-against-bemidji-state
  20. Nice article on the Vig brothers (one a BSU player, the other a BSU commit) on playing against UND this weekend: https://www.grandforksherald.com/sports/und-hockey/maxon-vig-son-of-former-und-captain-eager-to-return-to-the-ralph-as-an-opponent Article also mentions that the Panzer's and Vig's carpool to some BSU games since Panzer's kid is also on BSU. You know you're always gonna get BSU's best game though, because of this:
  21. Ouch. Could really use his faceoffs and defensive play.
  22. 24hr bus ride? I'd want to leave the CHL for the NCAA just for the chartered plane rides alone!
  23. If the USA team plays the same way that they did against UND, I'd imagine that the CHL team will beat them. Wasn't overly impressed with the U18 team compared to previous years.
  24. Updated Commit Stats as of Nov 24: BSchultz doing much better with Sioux Falls with 4g in his first 6gp with them. Sanderson heating up...3-4-7 in his last 5gp. McKamey still looking for his first point since returning from injury, as is Penner. Simpson 3rd in USHL in points and 2nd in assists. MacKenzie 2nd in WHL in Dman points, only 1 behind Lin.
