  1. https://seamoresports.com/2016/06/05/season-reviewlook-ahead-tucker-poolman/ Didn't realize he had only 4 penalty minutes this year. What game had"THE shift" - where he blocked all those shots? I'm thinking Michigan?
  2. That, and putting the word "Fighting" in front of Hawks gave it an advantage. And I actually had people tell me they were voting for Hawks because of H.A.W.K.S. = How About We Keep Sioux. Ugh. The whole thing was a MESS.
  3. Lots of cool things to see/do in Chicago. Too bad arena isn't located in a better area. Overall FF experience and thoughts on returning...St. Louis-maybe. Milwaukee-no. Denver-yes. Philly-no. St. Paul-yes. Boston-yes. Tampa-Double YES! But...who am I kidding? I'd go most anywhere for a FF.

    2016 Season

I say they sell a certain number of spots. And those people who have paid for the season get in earlier to claim spots on a first come, first served basis.
  5. I think the original question up for debate is, "Which path is better for development in the long term, the CHL or NCAA?" There will always be stand out teams/players in one league or the other.
  6. Missed Schlossman and Hennessy on the radio this a.m. Any interesting info/speculation?
  7. Hahaha. This thread is hilarious. Don't care how long it takes to say he's staying!
  8. US vs. Finland at 3, Canada vs. Sweden at 7. 1 ticket, 2 games. Will hear a lot of these names early in the NHL draft this year. Looking forward to seeing Pulijivari for the Finns. Also Tolvanen - any chance he'll play college next year?
  9. It's great hockey. At least half (depending on which mock draft you look at) of the projected first rounders in this year's NHL draft are in GF this week. Finland's Puljujarvi may go second or third. We have one committed recruit playing - Tyson Jost on Team Canada and he looks really, really good. Almost the USA's entire roster will play college hockey somewhere next year. USA vs. Finland at 3 p.m. and Canada vs. Sweden at 7 p.m. tomorrow in the semis. Tickets are lower bowl for $25, $30, or $35, and include both games. Same deal Sunday for the medal games.
  10. Keaton was playing really well at the end of the season. He also had a role in the progress of Shaw and Wolanin. Thanks and best wishes to him as he moves on!
  11. Champions Club members can pick up free tickets at the Ralph to see Jost and Canada vs. Slovakia tonight.
  12. What a season! Can we just rewind to October and do it all again?
  13. Geez, I hope Nick S. comes back. He is a treat to watch, and his progression this year was amazing. Hope the Blackhawks are good with it continuing here next year!
  14. Who has not been attending class?
  15. Very true. An unbelievable gift to UND and all of us.
  16. Folks heading to the beach on Friday?
  17. Yes, all donations are to the Champions Club. Seat locations and number of seats that can be purchased are determined by level of Champions Club membership. ($)
  18. Interesting. Is there a list somewhere of which schools are public/private?
  19. How many games this year did we have the ball in our hands at the end with a chance to win? Or tie? It's Hooker that makes this team go, not Jones. I wish we'd make a coaching change.
