I was shocked and angry yesterday. Today, I'm even angrier. Could someone post (or repost - I just can't find it) which 10 teams are the automatic qualifiers? It is 10, right? The other 14 are "at-large"? I know there's a lot of talk about Western and the 6/7 wins. The one I don't get is Eastern. Is is a conference/regional thing? I guess I was dumb enough to think that the top 14 teams that weren't automatic would be in?!

I hope they don't overdo it though. They must know the vast majority of folks did not want this, and it kind of feels like rubbing our faces in it.

Another vote for Roughriders.

I've had different people tell me they voted for Fighting Hawks because the logo looks like the Sioux logo, because they can at least keep the Fighting part of the name, and because Hawks stands for How About We Keep Sioux. Don't shoot the messenger.

The south end boundary for Central east of Washington is 24th Avenue South. And I believe the area around Ben Franklin attends Central as well? So it has changed. I do like the idea of using Washington and Demers as the boundary. The district did an extensive demographic study a few years ago, so the info. should be available to see how this would work.
