Blake Geoffrion, 2010 Hobey Baker winner at Wisconsin, was rushed to the hospital after a huge check last night and had surgery. What the operation was is still unknown, but it's apparently not life-threatening. That method of cheating to get into lower bowl is way too complicated. If you had never noticed, the lower bowl ticket had a watermarked picture of the Ralph on it, and the upper bowl tickets were just plain white. All you had to do was cut off the bar code of a lower bowl ticket and tape it on an upper bowl ticket, because all they ever checked for was the picture.

Just to reiterate what others have said...I watch via FCS on DirecTV and notice the same quality loss from the last year. Blurry picture and sound not synced with picture.

This has nothing to do with the Sioux, but found it to be pretty interesting. This year my favorite football team is 0-3 when I wear apparel of that team on gameday, and they are 4-0 when they don't. Needless to say, I have now stopped wearing their stuff.

I bet it was SP, just like their primary jerseys.

Brock Nelson already with 1g and 2a in his first 2 AHL games this year for Bridgeport. Matt Watkins, on the same team, has 1g and 1a.

Duncan did benefit from playing with Oshie and Toews, but who wouldn't? It takes a great player to put up the points he did his sophomore year, even with playing with TJ and Jonny. He still had to put the puck in the net, and did.

I think the Sioux logo has been tasteful for awhile, but going back to the 60s and 70s, I believe that there were more fans open to the cartoonish and distasteful monikers that Stanford fans portrayed with their university. I saw an old link once a couple years ago that had a bunch of signs and t-shirts that Sioux fans had used back in the day and they weren't far off from what you can see in the link.

Ha, no, just Sioux/NoDak jerseys. Those are expensive enough.

I didn't want to start a new thread, so I thought this one would be appropriate. This is starting to make some sense. I really liked a lot of the new production values. The overall quality seems improved and more professional. It was just disappointing to have to view it on such a low quality of video, especially for 2012. It sounds like it may be an FCS problem and not a MidcoSports/UND thing like you said tnt. Hammer and Koberinski sure had their struggles, but as the game went on I think they improved in general. They have to shake off the rust like the team does, and I expect them to grow into their roles as they get more familiar with the new team and their new jobs. All-in-all I see improvements.

I didn't notice any color issues, but it was hard to tell with the very poor resolution. It was literally like an average webcam, and I say average because I've seen some pretty high-quality webcams that are costing less than what it costs to get FCS on DirecTV.

That O'Donnell-Rocco-Gaarder line could be a real surprise. I'm still convinced that O'Donnell is going to be a big time offensive threat at some point during his career.

They spelled Chay wrong, or he changed his name to "Chey" Genoway. I do love how he put the Goofs last though.
