The Fighting Sioux continually have the fastest team in the NCAA from all the extra running they do trying to get away from the infamous Sioux Hockey Stalker. They only place they can avoid "The Stalker" is on the ice.

Don't know enough about the hockey players...gotta know about us now?

Hopefully our '08 class will be going for #9...they'll have a goooood chance.

Perfect! I'm glad someone is on top of things.

Sioux DVD's are always nice to watch...but a fix is definitely in need. I went ice skating a week ago, that only made things worse.

I know David has been talked a lot about on this site for a long time, but I never really heard much about his game besides he scores a ton of points with Shattuck. Is he as complete of a player as Jonathan? Is he a step up? A step down? Close to the same?

Christmas in July!

LMAO! Funniest thing I've heard in a long time.

You have your opinion and I've seen what I've seen outside of this forum about the situation. I can create my own opinion.

AKA You're a stalker.

Cool links...saw some familiar names, good and bad! I love college hockey!

On a Judy's note.... I know a guy that lives very close to Judy's. He pretty much goes there, and has been there, more than half the nights of the week for the last couple years...unless it's Wefest. Anyways...he said he knew cops that were pretty good regulars there. They knew hockey players drank there. Apparently, the hockey players would always get free drinks, and one night there were football players there, and they WEREN'T getting free drinks. This pissed the football players off and they called the police reporting underage drinkers. This turned into the infamous drinking incident. The police HAD to do something if it was reported, which is why they then did do something. I have no idea if this story is true or not...but it makes sense to me.

My predictions for 2007-08 Team MVP: TJ Oshie Most-improved/Breakout player: Andrew Kozek Most disappointing player: Ryan Duncan (don't kill me!) Defensive player of the year: Joe Finley Offensive player of the year: Chris Vande Velde (likely centering Oshie/Duncan) Rookie/Frosh of the year: Evan Trupp Best non first liner: Darcy Zajac I say what I did about Duncan because it's so hard to repeat a performance like he had last year. Also, he won't have Toews centering him like before. Assuming VV is taking Toews spot, I know he will do very good, but it won't be the same. I do think he will be good enough to score plenty of goals with Oshie and Duncan's passing skills on the wings while also doing a lot of passing to the two best scorers on the team. I think he can have a 15-30-45 type year if all the pieces fall into place. If Trupp is in VV's spot, I think he could very well take charge as well. In my opinion, Finley will show how good he really can be this year by leading the defense. Chorney will always have more offensive skill at the point, but Finley will do his part in stopping that puck. I believe Kozek will get an oppurtunity to show some more offensive skill with either VV or Trupp centering his line (whoever isn't on the first line) and he will shine. Zajac will keep up the Zajac name this year as well with hopefully a 12-15 type season, or better. I think in everyone's minds Oshie will be the team MVP on and off the ice. Duncan will always be Ryan Duncan because of last year, but it's Oshie's turn, and you'll see why in a little less than 3 months.

Just keeping things simple in this ridiculous topic.

I'll make this easy for everyone... Fargo sucks. Period. People that defend it are ignorant. I come from a city in a different state the same size as Fargo and no one has hardly heard of it. Grand Forks sucks. Period. Bismarck is the best city out of the 4 in ND by far. Not sure why Fargo people want to be so much like the Twin Cities, when that has to be the worst major metropolitan area I've ever been to, so I don't know what the reasoning is. To everyone from ND, don't be so insecure. You are who you are, don't try to be or act like someone or something you're not. You can say that about every different place in the US. It just happens to be that the RR Valley of ND is one of the most miserable places I've ever experienced.

Sounds like a good pickup!

Damn, I didn't know pots boiled!

I always wear my Sioux Hockey t-shirt wherever I go in airports...I've gotten comments as far away as Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina. Proud to be Sioux!

Toews had another goal today.

This isn't good...no matter what people say, until the season starts, I'm going to be worried.

I think early in the year we will unfortunately see how big of an impact he actually did make when he was here.

Any change to BC will hopefully help the bad karma we have against them

1 bad ref or 2, I don't see much of a difference.
