Sorry to hear about the behavior....
-
No, it wasn't and they did not jack my computer just an account. if you don't think it is real. I assure you it is very real and as you can tell by my tone I get a little testy about the subject. I only mention it on public forums for other Sioux fans to be very careful - kind of a public service message because at one time I never thought that anyone would do something like that... Now I know better.
-
I am sure you weren't biased at all...
-
Its not even close - Bison trolls are over the top... any Bison fan please let me know when a UND fan hacks your account. I have had my account hi-jacked by a Bison troll... its not much fun. It took me a couple of days to get everything cleaned up.

I think A.J. Stockwell has shot at tackle and I think Dan Bell is more of a guard. I was very sad to hear the Palandech was leaving.

Poly wins 6-5 and advances to play Pepperdine.

How did you get that from my comment? Let me check - UND Sports - Other Sports - 2014 Baseball - post is talking about the 2014 WAC Conference Champ in the NCAA tournament. If you would like to bash the WAC go ahead.. If you would like to talk about a future conference or the current sports offerings by UND. I do believe that we have other threads for those topics.
-
I am merely posting information about the Conference Champion and NCAA tournament participant information for the WAC. You do realized that this is the conference that UND plays in. To me talking about the WAC and Sac St is more relevant to UND that talking about NDSU.... sorry..
-
To actually add some baseball info WAC Champion - Sac St. was placed in the 2014 San Luis Obispo Regional (Host: Cal Poly) (1) Cal Poly, (2) Arizona State, (3) Pepperdine, (4) Sac St. National Rankings Cal Poly (6), Pepperdine (24), ASU and Sac St. receiving votes. 1st Round: Cal Poly 4-2 over Sac St. 4-2 Pepperdine 3-2 over ASU 2nd Round: Sac St 5-4 over ASU - ASU eliminated. Pepperdine 2-1 over Cal-Poly 3rd Round (today): Sac St plays Cal-Poly in an elimination game. Bulk Truck - you can now go back to your regular scheduled programming.

Did they actually beat UND this year?
-
I would say step 1. has a major asterisk. An autobid was handed by a conference that does not meet the NCAAs own minimum qualifications. Now you know why the Power 5 Conferences don't want anything to with the Low Major programs. Many more deserving teams - can't disagree with them on this one.
-
ahhh, playing a game against the number 1 overall seed is a nice way of saying NDSU is the worst team in the field... Of course you should have heard/seen Bison fans ragging on Weber St. during the basketball season.. hey just a minute were are the #BUTRPI wizzards from NDSU now 248 out of 302 - holy !@#$ any other team they would on that teams site ripping them..

I pulled my data from this site: http://ope.ed.gov/at.../athletics/ By looking at the data you can see the differences in meeting Title IX in particular my numbers are based on enrollment and student aid.

Depends on how fare back you want to go UNI has been solid at FCS/I-AA since they left and UNC left before the Dakota schools. UNC got hurt by the loss of a major donor. But, they are starting to get established at D-1 now. Chapman had the easiest call on D-1 of all the Dakota schools. NDSU does not fund womens sports at the same level of the other Dakota schools. SDSU has to fund title IX at 50/50. NDSU funds Title IX at 60/40. Which is kind of sad because NDSU has the largest female enrollment of all Dakota schools. IMO - Toughest call going D-1 USD had the toughest call going D-1.. F/M ratio of 60/40 (in general ladies are not into sports), fund Title IX at 50/50, plus a much smaller enrollment and small local market. SDSU must fund Title IX at 50/50 which matches enrollment ratio of 49/52, small local market. NOTE: SDSU added equestrian to go D-1 - it is the second most expensive sport at SDSU. UND fund Title IX at 50/50, has more diverse sports offerings (recently started women hockey program), rebuild GF after flood (but it is nice sized local market), decreased enrollment for several years after flood. NDSU fund Title IX 60/40, largest local market - lots of t-shirts/jersey and shorts sports. NOTE: I didn't mention facilities.. USD/SDSU has had to foot the bill for all facilities. NDSU had an under utilized Fargo Dome available for them and UND had a very nice football facility built by the city.

No it was easily 40,000 - I was there..
-
It is amazing how much Bison fans worship this guy and he posts drivel like that..
-
who are you kidding Taylor would have simply changed it..
-
Perfectly happy in the Big Sky - thanks for your interest in UND sports - we appreciate it. Now moving on to something else - anything else please.

I don't believe that North Dakota supports athletics programs via direct state dollars. The support is based on indirect dollars called "institutional support" and I believe that is what he is talking about. All of the large public schools in both North and South Dakota do a very nice job of raising money to minimize the public dollars. I am sure that there have been emergency cases were direct dollars where needed like the Dakota Dome roof collapse.
-
Why because he does not agree with you?
-
No FCS schools actually make money... they are all supported by fees and school money. UND and NDSU are two of the best supported schools at the FCS level.
-
Are you talking about the Forum story about restarting the game... and Miller went to Brian for comments. Hardly running to the media
-
I know that they polled the students at NDSU recently - didn't see the results - do you know? (not trolling here - just interested)
