Isn’t Berry the highest paid coach at UND? Probably one of the highest paid employees we have. Can’t we get a competent replacement for what we pay our head hockey coach?

And yet we need to finish the HPC for our other sports teams to be competitive?

Home ticket resale prices keep going down. Did we peak and how far will we fall and how long until it turns around. Hopefully we aren’t at a point that we have thousands of unused/unsold tickets for each home game.

Not looking like a wise decision to buy my tickets for the regional. Getting embarrassed at Duluth tonight.

I haven’t been to a game in Duluth. Is the attendance really that bad? Doesn’t that barn only hold like around 5,000?

We didn’t blow a big lead tonight - one positive.

Down 29-22 at the half at Rhode Island. Klabo has 14 points and Morton has 6 points and Melissa D had a late basket for two points. Yup - we have three scorers at the half.

I guess what I am curious about is what influence - If any - does the coaching changes make in pre season ticket sales. I am guessing there would have been a drop in season ticket sales but now pre season season ticket sales will be about the same as 2018. Hopefully, the coaching changes bring more wins and with it more attendance as the 2019 season progresses.

We have a new offense coordinator in Freund. There appears to be renewed buzz about UND football. 2018 playoffs are going on without UND. Many lost opportunities. What happens to our attendance in 2019. As always, a lot depends on our success. I expect and hope for better results in 2019 - but then I have a short memory. Who is in and buying 2019 season tickets and who is out? I am in!

Do we really need to wait 3 to 5 years to know if someone has head coaching potential. I would hope that we would always have a couple of potentials on staff at all times.

You are correct. 2017 would be every now and then. We had 3 or 4 years prior to that with all sorts of potential. Hopefully it’s not once every 4 or 5 years.

UND teams always seem to have a lot of potential. Sigh would be great to actually cash in on all the potential every now and then.
