I remember watching John santiago run at Wyoming I believe. I remember thinking how great this is!

I am not positive. Can he play another position? There is a history of moving quarterbacks to another position for instance. i would hate to waste a scholarship for three years but we made the mistake. That all said - I also expect him to be gone.

Does Bubba pull leach’s Scholarship next year or keep him on scholarship but doesn’t play for three years??

I have gone to every home game this year. I haven’t decided about this Saturday? Not very enthused right now. Then again it would be my last chance until next year. In a way I feel the seniors deserve my attendance. Not that little ole me makes a difference.

I don’t know what the answers are. The breakdowns seem like they should and could be fixed. Why haven’t they? We should have faster and better players. The coaches should be better. Five years in bubba’s reign I would and hoped for better results. Why do we seem to have so many injuries? Students and others don’t show up and stay at games. Lots of problems. Shambles! And I am not exaggerating. not pointing any fingers but it seems this site has the answers. Sounds pretty simple. Just thought I hope the ad is reading. I am upset and I want things fixed and soon. I wanted to add that I am comforted knowing that so many see what needs to be done. Let’s get it done!

I feel very similar today to how I felt after we lost the playoff game to Richmond. I just want to get away from the situation and try to forget it and move on with life. I wonder if it is best not to care about UND football in the first place - it has brought so much disappointment. I know better though - all this disappointment lays the foundation for how much fun and joy it will bring when we finally put it all together. Hopefully this old guy will be around long enough to enjoy it when it happens!!!! Go Hawks!!!

Let me start by saying that I enjoy your input Longtime fan! Trying to understand your statement before I totally agree because I have thought the same things. 1) Agree that I am sickened for the players. Not sure if you are implying that not every player has put "everything" into the game. In the past that was a problem. Is it still a problem that not all the players are putting everything they have into the game and season? I don't know - just asking 2) Agree - but not just the seniors. 3) I think that the talent level is up. Not sure if we still don't have enough talent. Seems like we fall short in many places. Others smarter than I can offer opinions. 4) Agree - the season was wasted by a number of breakdowns and just by not being to execute routine plays. I am down right now and wasn't even going to look at the forum for a while. Here I am again. I hope this makes sense.

I can’t tell which team deserves to win. Neither team has momentum. Neither team has stepped up. Maybe what I am saying is we will find out which team’s coaches step up and devise a winning plan at halftime.

Our qb is looking suspect - certainly not looking better each week. Hopefully he can turn it around quickly.

I long for the days when it was fun watching our defense play!
