So by rights we should have gotten Bartholomew Ogbu today since he's a ND player and it sounds like he was considered one of the best in the state. I think we'll be fine in the long term, but I'd sure like to see some big names commit so we get some fire into our recruiting.

What concerns me is he's been away from the game for 2 years. Yea, some fundamentals come naturally, but a lot of other things you need to work on constantly to keep sharp. I'm going to wait and watch how this works out and hope for the best.

I fully understand that now, but, I really think it would be in our best interest if the position went unfilled. At least it would make it look like the administration was suffering due to cuts just like the average Joe. It's really a matter of perspective.
