It appears Wentz played his usual game yesterday. The only Commanders TD's were from the backup QB, and Wentz got sacked on a third down play and the sack took them out of FG range. A good QB know enough to throw the ball away and at least get 3 points.

Do we need a separate form for Carson Wentz meltdowns and lockerroom tantrums? I wonder which collapses first, his glass body or his easily bruised ego. I really think the only people that defend him are Wentz jock sniffers

I'm willing to give Lance the benefit of the doubt right now. Give him a couple years and see how he turns out. I've already given Wentz more than a couple years and we know how he turned out. I can't believe Wentz is still in the NFL after the crap he's pulled on the last two teams plus the fact that he's just a lousy quarterback.

It would be nice to know just what kind of offers our guys had before they committed. The Wiki page doesn't show what our commits had from other schools. I kinda lost track on this thread but I do remember one guy had a Kent State offer and one had something from UNI and I think there were some from the military academies. Are those the only biggies? Does Wiki even show all the offers we have put out there?

I'm no tax expert but I would think it is. Scholarship money is reported to the IRS.

I just saw that DeBoer got Lincoln Kienholz, the highly recruited QB from Pierre. This further solidifies my belief that we should have hired DeBoer instead of Bubba. Kienholz supposedly narrowed it down to the Bison or Washington so all of FCS dodged a bullet there.

I'm starting to think Bubba had a laundry list of other problems concerning Otis that he probably could have used at any time to remove him from the team. I'm not trying to minimize the sexual assault charges but this was surly not the only major Otis problem to pop up.

I'll admit it, I thought initially the stories were unfair to Otis, but it appears to be true and I was wrong. Now I'm starting to wonder what else Otis got away with at UND? It seems like Bubba pampered Otis for 3 years.
