I'm going to have to disagree. He'll be playing in the USHL this year and potentially a few years. He's going to learn and develop a lot. In addition, he'll be a lot better than some current GF kids on UND now. No question.

Penski was our best D in Fargo last year and C. Poolman had one of the best freshman d campaigns ive seen in awhile. They’ll be fine. It appears Casey Johnson added a lot of weight too in the off-season.

This teams strength should be depth and then hopefully scoring by committee. Team should do well this year. I like Cam in net and our d-core should be really solid. It’ll be a year of progression but I’ll like I feel the team will be solid by March/April.

I know they had a recent article in the herald saying the film was done and showings for high backers would be in June. Anyone know the dates? Has anyone seen the film? Just curious.

He'd be on of the youngest area recruits in history. I'd still have him play and watch 1/3 of next years high school season before given an early offer. Time isn't going to kill the kid.

Not speculating if Crosby is 100% or not but a guy who is 29 years old and in his prime sure wasn't noticeable tonight. Didn't seemed like he played as much as his peers. Malkin, Kessel, Guentzel, Kunitz , Rowney etc. seemed to be on the ice. If Crosby is a non-factor next game, chalk up another winf for the almighty Preds!

I never said the Wild will never win a cup, if TJ goes there, he'll never win a cup. If he can't with the Caps he won't with Wild, unless you're the only one who thinks the Wild are superior than the Caps? In addition, like ZPar, TJ is at his peak, his production and stats more or less will decline moving forward. Lastly, TJ is not a missing piece to any given puzzle, especially the Wild. They're missing more than a few pieces. No question or debate there. Stay calm

The Wild's window is closing shortly. They have a lot of dead weight. In addition, they are not in rebuilding mode. Be real interesting to see what they can do. A lot of money tied up in a few players.... Also, I'm a big Zpar fan but he'll be in decline mode soon regarding production. Funny how much his point production has dropped since he's been in MN. Oilers - Will continue to rise. McDavid is elite and Leon Draistatl is a stud people. 21 years old and was 8th overall in the NHL in points! Where's the Wild's young stud???

Parise's biggest regret will be chasing paper instead of trying to win a cup and play with hall of famers. He's never winning a cup in MN. Not trying to bash the Wild just stating the reality for those MN sports fans. He and Suter just like everyone else, aren't getting any younger.
