Should a majority of eligible e-mail addresses fail to cast a vote through Qualtrics, Fighting Hawks shall be declared the new nickname of the University of North Dakota.

    You mean if the Sundogs/North Stars people drop out or their vote goes pro-rata to the remaining three? Realistic scenario. If they figured out Florida's electoral votes 15 years ago I think we can sort through this, right?
