Since when does the regime at UND care what the public wants? I'm not buying anything new. Now the fact is that Sioux, North Dakota, ND Sioux are all in the public domain. There's no way that anyone can stop anyone from selling "ND Sioux Hockey" apparel. I'm sure the current Logo is trademarked but something similar could be substituted.

The ratings also sucked because FSN kept delaying the Gophers for other sports. Now maybe that's a good business decision but I wouldn't blame the commentators for the drop in ratings. (Or maybe it's a cost savings move because of the lower ratings...)

For what it's worth Fienhage did great filling in when he was needed this season. Whatever he decides he's a Fighting Sioux.

There was a lot of hard hits in the game, but that's hockey. He should watch the women play if that's the brand of hockey he wants.

Often when we play Yale we score 15 goals, but maybe not quite that much today. They do make some decent padlocks though.

I like how Woog used to rant and rave up and down the sidelines and Madden would always bitch about the Canadian players on the other teams.

Two years ago when Chay was out for several weeks after being check from behind by that Duluth player, he came back for the Frozen Four. He wasn't ready for the game at that level after a month off. I hope he comes back next year.
