Based on the reason they were let go why would we want the former gophers on campus? I don't see them fitting into Bubba's philosophy on integrity and character. However, I do believe in second chances and I guess that's up to the staff to decide.

Hate feeding the trolls but ...the reason the teams "were down" is because they lost games and UND won theirs. UNI was not a quality win in 2016 for example. A nine game winning streak says something but haters are always haters.

Or just change it all together and let every athlete play 5 years and do away with redshirting - most students aren't graduating in four years anymore anyway.

How can it sneak up when he is still under contract? Assistant coaches leave to become head coaches it happens. It is the unnecesdary hand wringing that gets old.

My point is the season just ended last week - just because you hate Faison doesn't mean things are not happening. Bubba just finished his third year of a four year contract. Perhaps you should ask for a little desk deside Faison's desk so all he has to do is turn and look down at you for advise. There is no reason to thing that they won't take care of things - it just might not be on your timeline and they might not pick up the phone and ask your for permission. Some of these conversations suck all the enjoyment out of a great season and a great coaching staff.
