Funny how a team that is undefeated in conference play and has played many of the top tier teams is getting so little love (our schedule is tougher than Montana's). As last year shows we definitely can't trust that the Big Sky rep will go to bat for us when they are in the NCAA seeding meeting- we are a newcomer, an interloper, not from west of the Missouri, someone that was supposed to be an easy win and not rock tradition.

Game start times might have something to do with consistency -- they can't have a night game on a home hockey night so that would create scheduling issues after October and just two years ago they flip flopped between 1:00 and 4:00 games throughout the season and I think they got some push back that it was hard to keep track of - don't agree but just saying.

I thought the goal (shared publically at least) was to make it a true national tournament and not base the pairings on saving travel costs. If saving travel is a top priority this playoff is a joke. Nobowls has Youngstown winning the MVFC but SU with a higher seed?
