how should it have been dealt with in the prior regime? Chappell became ineligible under Mussman and Stroup was arrested after Lennon left. Lennon could have told Ryan to get help, we don't know this for sure because we weren't there. Stroup may have been talked to about his attitude by Lennon, again we weren't there, so we don't know. Dismissing Stroup didn't come until after all of his arrests, so that is up to Mussman to decide what to do which he did, Lennon didn't need to do that. I know what Sioux_Yeah_Yeah is saying and on her defense, she does know a lot of the athletes so she would know and it is only a violation of FERPA if you state what their grades are or state their g.p.a by stating that they don't spend much time studying or in class, that is not a violation. Which if we are going with hockey players, most of them take classes in packs so it is not hard to see if one of them does not make it to class if you are in a class with 5 of them.

what does being undrafted have to do with it, Jordan Parise was also undrafted and left early. The Blues were seriously looking at Duncan last year, but held back when he said that he wanted to come back. Yes, there is still plenty of time for him to leave, but I believe that Ryan is a man of his word and won't back out of his word to Coach Hakstol, his teammates, and the fans. of this very little knowledge, we do know what we have read and heard about our players. I may not know everything, but I do know some and that does count as well. Part of this board is listening to fans opinions, mostly Sioux because it is a Sioux message board. Most of the posters here that have been around awhile are respected, if you want respect as Sioux Yeah Yeah said, I would recommend not bashing one of our players in your first two posts on here. You are always welcome to post here, just try to keep it respectful to others. Welcome to the board.

I am pretty sure that he was a non-voting member however which would mean that he wouldn't get a vote in the search committee's process. edit: I stand corrected

no, he was not on the presidential search committee, no one from the SBoHE was on the committee and allowed a vote, they would have gotten to vote twice then on the matter. The SBoHE had very little choice when the decision went to them. Don't worry about Joe, he still has the Chancellor to cuddle with.

agreed, but I hope you mean Regional 2006, not 2005. 2005 at Regionals, we played BU and BC and TJ didn't play for us yet. Though that is awesome if he did actually do it. Some of my greatest TJ moments are any at of the meet and greets because no matter how long he was there, who was asking him to sign multiple things....TJ did this with a smile on his face and something nice to say.....even when I had him sign the page with the articles of him getting arrested.

Thanks for 3 years, OSH. What can I say about you that others haven't already said. You have ability, you have heart, and you made us proud to be Sioux fans. You are part of the reason of why it is so easy to cheer for the Sioux even after a loss to BC for the third year in a row. Have fun, Play Hard, Stay out of Trouble (or I will make good on my idea to get you a leash), and NEVER forget that you are always part of the Fighting Sioux Family and NEVER forget your roots.

can't i wait until the end, and blow them out of the water with them thinking why did I waste all my time on those other girls? Just joking, might have to come back to GF just for this. -

he hasn't signed with the coyotes yet though according to Brad's Blog and the gopher website, so it might have to be a different team

AGAIN IN ALL CAPS SINCE YOU SEEMED TO HAVE MISSED IT THE FIRST TIME.....HE WAS CLEARED BY THE FBI.....CLEARED AS IN WAS FOUND TO NOT BE A NAZI SUPPORTER....and as for his parties, he APOLOGIZED FOR THEM including the one that was not proven that it was him hosting it and not his staff. but I am done arguing about it and back on ignore for you.

I will stop bringing up the Holy Cross loss and Robbie Bina's goal when Gopher fans stop bringing up Ralph's Nazi parties that he apologized for and calling me a jew hater without knowing me. My point is it is a rivalary and fans are insane about their team which I have no problem with as long as it is kept to hockey and not other things. As for wearing a BC jersey, go for it....just remember they beat you guys this year too. Losing to BC does not bug me as they are a great team who with UND and the UM are contenders every year. My team screwed up this year at the Frozen Four against them, oh well, I am over it and looking ahead to next year. You don't want to hear about it, don't read the thread. My cousin's 3 year old could tell you that.
