no, he was not on the presidential search committee, no one from the SBoHE was on the committee and allowed a vote, they would have gotten to vote twice then on the matter. The SBoHE had very little choice when the decision went to them. Don't worry about Joe, he still has the Chancellor to cuddle with.

agreed, but I hope you mean Regional 2006, not 2005. 2005 at Regionals, we played BU and BC and TJ didn't play for us yet. Though that is awesome if he did actually do it. Some of my greatest TJ moments are any at of the meet and greets because no matter how long he was there, who was asking him to sign multiple things....TJ did this with a smile on his face and something nice to say.....even when I had him sign the page with the articles of him getting arrested.

Thanks for 3 years, OSH. What can I say about you that others haven't already said. You have ability, you have heart, and you made us proud to be Sioux fans. You are part of the reason of why it is so easy to cheer for the Sioux even after a loss to BC for the third year in a row. My point is it is a rivalary and fans are insane about their team which I have no problem with as long as it is kept to hockey and not other things. As for wearing a BC jersey, go for it....just remember they beat you guys this year too. Losing to BC does not bug me as they are a great team who with UND and the UM are contenders every year. My team screwed up this year at the Frozen Four against them, oh well, I am over it and looking ahead to next year. You don't want to hear about it, don't read the thread. My cousin's 3 year old could tell you that.

I know a lot of athletes who do stupid things because they are athletes in small towns and do get away with it. I am excusing what he did, just pointing out that that is the culture that North Dakota has with athletes. I agree with you of sending thoughts out to the other person involved in it.

Just an update, the US and Canada both won their last games and Canada plays again on Saturday at 3:30? and the US on Sunday at 3:30?

This is going to annoy me so, RALPH WAS NOT A NAZI LOVER. THE FBI CLEARED HIM!!!!!! I appreciate your concern, but I really don't see what Ralph has to do with an incident on campus happening how many years after his death between two people unrelated to him. For that matter since that nonfact keeps being brought up as a reason to change the name, i have no clue what he has to do with the nickname. It is something that was solved years ago, so it doesn't need to be brought up continuely. End of my rant.....Have a nice day.

The only way I know how to describe him is that he was kinda cute for a guy that is completely too young for me. And it wasn't Zajac's brothers, i checked.

does this mean that I have to go to wherever he is playing to yell at him that he is short? well, that takes all the fun out of playing BC....what little there was.

anyone know what this kid looks like? cause all three coaches were eating lunch at the food court in the Union today with a young man who looked to be about 6'0" maybe a little taller and had brown hair and brown eyes....best estimation is about 180-190 pounds .

Thank you for pointing that out....you all seem to be wanting to throw Bobby under the bus right now and I realize that he has made some SERIOUS mistakes and he does deserve to serve time for that. He is also someone who has perhaps been sat down and talked to about his attitude, but also grown up in a culture where athletes do a lot of dumb things and don't get in trouble for it either at all or very little. We have conflicting situations there and that needs to be addressed before we have more athletes who go down like this, especially with more and more pro athletes getting into trouble.
