no, he didn't play for us but that doesn't mean that we can't talk about things in the hockey world. As a Sioux fan, yes I did not like him when he played for the Gophers. As a HOCKEY fan, i have no lingering feelings of dislike for him and wish him all the best. As hockey fans, we can all wish luck for a young man would made some MAJOR mistakes and is now just trying to turn his life around.

Good point, he had hip surgery what like 4 or 5 months ago? that is not something that you recover quickly from...it took my neighbor about a year to fully recover......i now have another neighbor recovering from the same thing and he can barely move almost a month after the surgery.

I would assume that their teams said hey, we know what you play like. no need to come. on a realistic note, I thought that I had heard that college kids have to pay their way to the camps so as not to lose their eligibility. They might not have wanted to do that.
