Well that's just as close to gf as western nd. And a higher population would be affected potentially by that. I get what you are saying but I feel our state is selling out for $. Sure the oil is a natural resource, but this isn't what North Dakota is about. Why disrupt the land, water, and air North Dakota is known for? So the state can build a surplus? Is it worth it? My kids or their kids will never be able to enjoy the outdoors in this state like my parents and their parents did.

So where does the mud/cuttings and liquid get dumped? Put me on the side that I believe western nd will never be the same....and not for the better.

I've been to one gam there and it's the one game the Sioux lost so I've told myself I can't go to any more games there:/ Great facility though. Met a number of Sanford center employees and they were all very educated on the sport and very kind. Don't know if they still do but for that game all ushers wore Paul Bunyan style bemidji woolen mill vests. Very neat.

You are incorrect here. The company bought them...they have the right to do whatever they want with them. If und felt otherwise they shouldn't have sold them to begin with.

Portland has 4 players that played in this past world junior tournament. I know that team didn't go too far but still. When is the last time und had 4 current players in the world junior tournament?

He's a kid. Kids make mistakes and learn from them. Get off his back and move on. Like the team has. Some of y'all complaining about last weekend hurting recruiting need to take a look in the mirror and ask if criticism of student athletes on this board can affect it as well. Now criticism of paid professionals...I see nothing wrong with that.

Just looked at espn2's schedule for today and there's a bball game on the channel 2 hours prior to the start of the ndsu/Towson game. Hope the bball game doesn't go to ot;) that would be just the worst thing that could possibly happen!!! Haha

So it's ok for Mankato to play a team with some chl players(us world junior team) but it's not ok for a NCAA team to play a real chl team? I'd like to hear how the NCAA would defend that decision. I'd love to see und compete with a chl team or two. -
