It's one of 80 regular season games for both teams involved. Do they teach math at the ag school? Considering this was just one of 80 games, that's pretty impressive. According to 207's link both the NHL and NBC sound impressed by their ratings.

I'm no ratings guru, but for 1 of 80 regular season games, that's a lot of viewers. And that's in the us only. You know the ratings in Canada were off the charts. How about the ratings of that joke of a show kvly put out there Saturday night?

Just think of this from bcbs' perspective. The federal government requires customers to buy out service. We are the biggest health payor in the state. Let's raise our rates!

If you are under 40 and healthy you are better off with no insurance and facing the tax penalty. Wait a second....I can make less and pay less taxes? No tax penalty if I don't pay taxes right? If I decide to be even more lazy and work less I may even qualify for free health care? Hospitals cannot refuse to service me anyways regardless of ability to pay. It's really funny how the government has motivated more people to be entitled. For the working class, this will just continue to cost more and more.

It wasn't NBC. It was their little affiliate that no one cares about called kvly. And it was last night.

And NBC sure thought this NHL game was important enough for national coverage. Some idiot at kvly thought otherwise. I don't care what they pre-empted it with. But I will say the circus show they put on in the bison crap arena was laughable.

You are pretending that this wasnt a bad decision by kvly. You obviously haven't checked out their Facebook page to see what viewers have had to say. What would happen if a local station pre-empted football on thanksgiving? Whoever made the call at Kvly to only show part of the third period of last nights NHL game should be canned for their lack of reasoning.

Of course there are more important things in life. I get that. But to me this was a disappointment. There's only a handful of national NHL games on NBC every season and kvly/NBC nd just axed one of them and a very good matchup at that. What other way to let them know of my disappointment with their decision - I emailed them and I hope anyone else upset with their decision did so as well.

Because it's a game that NBC thought important enough to air nationally. And the idiots at kvly decide a bizun bouncyball game should take precedent. Whoever made that decision should be canned.

They could have put the ndsu game on me tv. Or at least the hawks game on me tv. What a crock.

So I was all ready to listen to the Sioux on 96.1 while watching the outdoor NHL game this evening. And what do you know? Kvly has the bison basketball game on instead of the NHL game which was scheduled. Stupid decision kvly. Just stupid.
