These injuries take the starch out of a rivalry. I sure hope Tom Pohl is fine and the injury was caught quickly before much damage was done. Based on the press release I get that impression but I guess time will tell. Good luck to Mr. Pohl.

SCSU over MN in a close, low scoring contest. Sioux over Denver in something like 4-2 CC over SCSU 4-1 Denver over MN in the 3rd place game 2-1 CC over the Sioux 3-1 in the Championship game. (That's a head pick, not a heart pick)

I've watched several games and I've been very happy.

It's another game with only 2 goals. That's going to bite you. 6 of the last 7 games they've scored 2 goals or less. And 1 goal last night doesn't count (so they only get 3). Zajac really only gets the assist on that Tech-scored goal.

Mankato is going to have to pick it up if they want to survive this game. It wold be a shame if they squander last night's win. Nice to see Miller get on the board, even if it's a shot that Teslak should have had. If we get some scoring from lower lines I like our chances for the night.
