Count me as also hoping for a strong reset top to bottom. Culture is also part of the process of building a successful team (organization). How players (workers) treat one another, etc. Sometimes, when a team isn't getting the results that it should, a reset of people can help reset the culture too. Perhaps this is also a time for a reset. In a perfect world, all our incoming players bring with them tools that have worked elsewhere, and that can include aspects of culture that can work at UND too. For as long as I can remember, great leaders have been part of UND hockey's success. This is a time for great leaders to step forward.
