  1. A '17 eligible player but one to maybe keep an eye on in Dickinson ND. Tyrell Harris moved to Dickinson from Texas and is a big reason for the Midgets 5-1 season so far. He had almost 250 yards in a little over three quarters in his last game.....198 at halftime. http://www.hudl.com/athlete/2192695/highlights/292524392/v2?recommender=1&utm_expid=74649800-50.xVwcdGojSNiaNtQ6WnoKhQ.1&utm_referrer=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.hudl.com%2Fathlete%2F2192695%2Ftyrell-harris
  2. PSU sweeps UND in Portland tonight. Lots of hitting and service errors by UND. Also, is there a worse team in the conference at handling the ball at the net when it goes below the net. We just look so spastic when we have to try to dig it up at the net and knock it over. And while I'm at it, Dooley seems to have lost a bit of power on her spikes compared to last year. Julia and Chelsea seem to possess more power this year. Finally, we've been a little tip crazy of late and PSU figured that out. We went to that well a few too many times tonight and PSU was there to dig 'em up seemingly every time. I'm done. Good night!
  3. WR. Although it might have been Stetson Carr playing catch. Not Bartosch.
  4. Quality depth is key.
  5. Clive is playing toss and catch with Bartosch on the sideline.
  6. Reyes on sidelines. Not fully dressed. Not taking any chances. Moving around pretty good. He may be ready this weekend.
  7. Harris and T Carter
  8. Studs in a walking boot. He's not taking snaps. He's moving around pretty good though. Probably two weeks away.
  9. Clive's cast is off! And he's practicing with the team.
  10. UND wins match 3 sets to ZILCH!!!!! Wins third set 25-19!
  11. UND up 2 sets to none. Wins second set 25-21!
  12. UND takes first set 25-21!
  13. When I attend practices some days, Cam is there on the sidelines helping out. I always thought it was cool of him to stick around and support the program any way he could.
  14. A bit of context on my rushing comparisons: last year's schedule was more front loaded with tougher teams compared to this year's schedule. Santiago will have to slog through defenses from a gauntlet of traditionally strong BSC teams to wind down the year. That said, Mont. State's defense is looking a little suspect at this point.
  15. At his current clip (88.4 ypg average) and six games to go, Santiago is projecting to rush for 972 yards this season.
  16. I know that there was one more game last year, but at this point in the season compared to last year, our go-to running back (Santiago) has 442 net yards with six games to go versus 73 net rushing yards after five games for Jer Garmin, who had seven games to go. Jer finished the year with 858 net yards in rushing.
  17. I stand corrected, looks like Schloss is going with "Nodaks," too.
  18. Depends on who you ask. Sports editor Wayne Nelson = Nodaks Sports writer Tom Miller = Roughriders Sports writer Brad Schlossman = Just "North Dakota" Sports writer Greg DeVillers = Could NOT care less Publisher Korrie Wenzel = Fighting Hawks Former Publisher/current columnist Mike Jacobs = Sundogs And they have run several letters for and against the five finalists and just "North Dakota" in the past few weeks. So to answer your question with a question ..... Who knows?
  19. so true.
  20. Would you believe it ended 25-21? UND.
  21. "His running looked pretty good (minus the turf monster that got him at the end)" That section of the field is like the Bermuda Triangle for UND. I seem to remember Tyree Ivery got eaten up by that same monster around the same spot last year.
  22. Mantaro and Kebba
  23. Thanks for the correction!
  24. Might be a compulsive thing... North Dakota Court records show a similar charge in 2013 that was prosecuted in Southwest District Court in Dickinson. Hope he can get on a better path.
  25. Yup! ^^^^^ http://und.edu/news/2015/09/odegard-roughrider-award.cfm Odegard will join other prominent North Dakota residents – past and present – who have connections to UND, including famed aviator and explorer Carl Ben Eielson, NHL hockey star Cliff “Fido” Purpur, Judge Ronald Davies, NBA player and coach Phil Jackson, U.S. military leader Gen. David Jones, former UND President Tom Clifford and North Dakota Chief Justice Gerald VandeWalle.
