It depends how confident the coaches are with one on one matchups on the perimeter. I think you have to mix it up and try and confuse them with where the pressure is coming from.

I think it's Irvin-Stills. He plays pretty physical for a corner in the run game as well and coverage skills have seemed at least equal. I'm curious who comes in for nickel situations.

Where were the details on NDSU's announcement? On KFGO I heard the AD say they got a donation for half and have a lot of work to do to raise the other half. Tons of detail there.

if he can't hang on to it at the running back spot, move him back to WR. His fumble at the goal line killed momentum yesterday.

I don't know how much offense we have after yesterday.

We needed a deep threat yesterday. Second half, Drake had no fear of getting beat by our WRs and our QB wasn't getting rid of the ball. I expect to see more of the same this week with NDSU licking the chops.

We need to see if the team that got bounced by 30 points last season vs. Missouri St has improved. Also, how is a young UND team going to handle playing in what will likely be the loudest environment the Fargodome has seen in the regular season? If a blowout happens, there will be some that need to be talked off the ledge and some are able to see it as a non conference game with a team sitting at 2-1 heading into conference play. I'm not sure where I'd fall yet.

I think its also been called the "2nd level" of college football by some. You can call it what you want but in reality its the same thing.

The people in Fargo will tell you they weren't depleted in 2008 though. Whatever fits the narrative. Hyping a win like this has been what Fargo has been very good at the last few years. Its an accomplishment no matter the teams record. UND has the attention again of the casual football fan that they lost the last few years. Other teams are trying to downplay the win. That tells me its a big deal to the casual fan.

Clive Georges out a couple weeks with injury. He seemed to play well vs. Wyoming. Next man up.

Dom has UND and Montana St. to high for week 2 and EWU to low but it is hard to put teams in place after one game. I do like his FCS coverage.

I think he got a little better as the game went along. He just needs to do a better job stating down and distance and time in the quarter. He's got a real good color guy with Coach Berg and Rolston does good on the sideline. Pat also has the UND history so he can do some stories but they took over the broadcast a little yesterday. I'm hopeful it improves as the year goes along.

I'm sure Kolpack will look into it and write about it if they do.
