Again please tell your AD and Sioux fans not to hound NDSU about scheduling games. We're set and you have a long way to go.

You had your change to play in 2004 with a 4 year contract on the desk of rt. Out of spite rt choose not to play the Bison in any sport except one baseball game. We went through the transition period without playing the Sioux because rt was trying to make it as hard as possible for our transition to DI. You Sioux fans supported rt in his quest not playing NDSU in any sport and now you can't wait to play us and help you in your transition? No we have great conferences now and in noway need any games with USD or UND, our season fb tickets sales should hit over 7,000 this year, and with 5 TV games this year you should have the pleasure of watching the Bison on the fb field.

It is this year that's for sure!

Two seperate issues - most Sioux fans trashed the GWFC when it started and that's a fact.

Is this the same conference that Sioux fans loved to discredit back in 2004?

Is that a put down on the Maris Tournament? It's really apples and oranges - I'm sure the Cullen Children's Foundation raises money year around and the Maris outing is a one time a year deal.

Apples' and Oranges - Dave Barry's article was tongue and cheek and Kane's was meant to be a real put down. Besides if you read the article he's using Fargo as meaning all things midwest. I think that includes gf too! If something like this gives you a reason to attack Fargo, it seems that both scotty and star have hugh inferiority complexes about Fargo.

I agree with Lennonistheman, way to may UND fans (it seems) only care about Hockey and FB. A few views of someone on the outside looking in: 1. With hockey your number 1 sport and having a good coach why isn't he signed to a long term contract? 2. Why the friction with Bunning and FB program? If you have a good program leave it alone! (Management 101) 3. Why does Bunning discount any legency UND ties for new coach openings? If seems to me that Mr. Bunning wants his OWN people in athletic dept. coaches and all.

You normally judge a college sports program by the sucess of all their programs, but dave you think what you want. Have a nice weekend.

Oh really? 10 DII NC in that time span. You see dave there are more sports than fb and hockey that make up an athletic dept. Oh I forgot the NCC All Sports Championship our last year!

Funny that UND fans are so concerned about NDSU's conferences and not about the search for their own! Get is right!

That was before we joined the Gateway. I find it funny now that NDSU has a conference home in all sports and UND won't have any until 09 (FB) and nothing on the horizon in any other sport at this point in time, that talk still centers around NDSU. Both of NDSU conferences are in the midwest area and in our major recruiting areas. There's no up side to the BSC for NDSU.

First of all it's Buning's call and he hasn't been kind to legacy Sioux coaches. It's like he's trying to get all his own men in those positions. Isn't there anyone on DL's staff that you would like to take over?
