You think I'm delusional. How do you explain your drop in enrollment the last few years. Great leadership? - maybe it's the programs that just don't measure up. Your way behind in research dollars and don't have a real technology park that works with private business. Look for a big drop in the aviation enrollment with the state of the airline industry and cost of fuel this fall. You must have missed our last engineering win (4 total) the national build the strongest bridge competition. No other school has ever won more than 1 title. The finals last year had Cal Tech, Cal Davis, Michigan, and other TOP engineering schools. This competition is against ALL schools and not the 5 or 6 schools that offer an aviation program. Yes we're a AG school too and proud of it.

Is that the same lap dog that recommended Kelly? Don't blame your poor leadership on others. The round table is a flawed idea. It assumes that all instutitions will be treated fairly. I'm glad Chapman keeps pointing out the inequities in the system. If the shoe was on the other foot I'm sure you would too. So you love Harmeson - he did a good job with the athletic dept. didn't he?

So you think that the NCC was stronger after UNC, NDSU, and SDSU left? As far as the GWC - two strong teams leave and two transitioning team join. You figure it out.

I hope all sioux fans think like you do. Do you mean in all sports? Besides fb and wbb - I think the rest of your sports are in big trouble. Most weren't competitive in DII let alone DI.

Comparing these type of records don't tell you anything.

I agree - I hope one of the first phone calls Mr. Faison made was to Gene. I haven't heard of any communication but it would have been a smart thing to do.

Here's a sioux fan talking about something he's knows nothing about. (as usual) If you weren't so sad it'd be funny. With the schedule UND has and he's smacking ours? NDSU's schedule would rank as a top ten as for strenght of schedule this year. I think you'll find out it's not easy to schedule FBS games and get top FCS teams for home games. Gene has done a great job of getting us through the transition. We'll see how many Big Ten teams you beat in MBB and FB in the next 4 years. Were you just a little jealous watching the Bison turn the Metro Dome in a home field advantage in our win over MN? You have a ton of things to worry about within your own transition to DI (so far NOT so good) so don't try to spin ours so yours won't look so bad.

I agree but now UND isn't driving the car but is riding in the back seat. They have little or no control of where their going. Conferences don't realign very offen, and you may have missed the boat for awhile.

No way- I just get a kick out of everyone here. Look at how many good DI players that ND has produced and look at how many ND kids you have on the roster for 2008. I'm all for giving ND kids a chance but when you have trouble wining any DI games next year and the next you'll see my point.

I know it's hard for you to believe but both Mays and Allard would be good DII talent. They are not what you want as a core to build a DI program. They would be good walk on projects for DI schools because you never know they may work out real well. I think Coach Jones is finding out how hard it is to recruit to this area. I glad your happy with the recruits.

Played 2007 NC - Florida and then Rutgers on the same weekend. When your in a conference you don't have as many non conference games - oh that's right you wouldn't know that.

You mean like what NDSU did to your FB team or the Sioux to your Hockey program??
